Would love to go but the shows again, especially because we now have a Regal Movie Pass that is essentially USELESS because all there are at this location are shows only in the late afternoon now and during rush hours. Not good for seniors who can't drive home in the dark or who don't want to be exposed to kids who've been in school, etc. Need to have at least one daytime matinee for seniors who'd like to go to the movies! Not good!

Sound quality was very staticky and more noisy and distorted than quality listening. It was so distorted I could not listen without napkins stuck in my ear and pain to my ears. It was impossible to watch the movie with this noise. I never knew this place to have such bad sound quality I'm not sure what's going on.

Great theater. Popcorn is always fresh and it's never "crazy" like other theaters. It's always clean and calm.

The staff there was very friendly. I really had a good time. The process on the other hand were a little high for a small bag of popcorn. Other than that, great time.

The theater is clean and well maintained. The staff is genuinely friendly and helpful. I get the impression they really *do* want us to enjoy going there.

Love the fact that I could get a beer and sit down and relax and comfortable chairs and watch a movie

Having the ticket person look in my purse was a little insulting when entering the theatre. It sounded and looked like someone told her to do it in her earpiece. I understand there are security procedures, but I go there a lot. I have a loyalty/rewards card. I was trying to enjoy a movie with my 11 year old son. I decided to go to regal instead of cobb theatres. Next time I think I'll go to cobb.

Movies have good selections, but 25 minutes of previews is ridiculous. Also, waterless urinals in the mens restrooms is not working. They smell like a port-a-potties!

My husband and I were very disappointed by our experience at the theater today. They have closed the box office and turned off the self service kiosks. All tickets must be purchased through the concession stand. The manager said the reason was to convince people to buy their tickets online, but I think it was an obvious ploy to sell more concessions. It really didn't make sense to think that the reason was to get customers to buy tix online, as there were no ticket takers anywhere. And, we wanted to pay with cash. While we arrived a few minutes before our movie was to begin, we were in line for over 20 minutes. It's the last weekend before kids' Christmas break ends, so clearly it would be crowded. Every concession line was full and slow moving. Thankfully, the Richard Jewell movie had 20 minutes of previews, so we made it to the theater just in time for the feature film to begin.

Maybe we just caught tgem on a bad night but when you have to stand in the concession line to get your tickets for the movie you are either overworking your workers or not hiring enough help.

Regal Unlimited is the BEST movie pass experience! After joining 4 different experiences with the competition. I'm thoroughly ecstatic with Regal Unlimited! 5 Stars

The customer service is 5 star but after going to Cobb Daytona Luxury Theatre it was disappointing to be in such an old building and seats. But Creed 2 made up for it. I forgot about the non reclining seats and enjoyed every second of the movie. My nachos and cheese was great. Great movie experience!

This theater is always clean and the image quality of the movies is very good. This is my favorite local theater and I actually like it better than the new Cobb theater in Daytona.

Nice, clean theater. It's well laid out, has a small arcade, multiple concessions, and good matinee pricing.

Great theatre. Very comfortable. They've done a lot lately to improve on customer service and speed of service for ticketing a d concessions.

Fairly clean theater with reasonably organized entry. The actual cinema rooms are neatly organized and well structured. Overall a good experience, but for some reason the last movie didn't dim the lights as much as usual. Still, only place in town.

Went to a 3pm movie. The seats were ok but not the recliner seats in my usual movie theater. The movie was riveting so I didn't notice much else. Popcorn was so so and didn't seem fresh. Theater was pretty clean.

Employees are really nice and helpful; seating is roomy and comfortable. Concessions are pricey but that could be said of any theater. Doesn't bother me because I don't really care to munch on anything while I'm watching a movie (the first-person chewing noise is too distracting) but if that's your thing then budget for it accordingly. I especially like that Fathom does screenings of Ghibli movies here from time to time.

I wish all of their theater rooms had the upgraded seats like RPX with more leg room. With that being said, I never have any major issues there and the staff is always friendly.

Great theater complex. Comfortable seats, cup holders. Clean. Only downfall is the cost of food. Eat before your go. Plenty of parking.
