Regal Cinemas Sawgrass 23 & IMAX, Sunrise FL

No one attended me as I entered the movie theater just walked right in. As I entered the IMAX movie theater to watch Tenet my whole aisle was filthy, dirty napkins through the whole roll. Empty drink containers and that was just my aisle. So I'm assuming no one is cleaning these movie theaters during the pandemic? Completely unacceptable! Never coming here again! I suggest no one else does either!

Poor Management. Had wrong movie running and Manager looked like he lacked care and attention to his customers. Poor service.

I visit Regal cinemas often. Typically my visits at great but this most recent Sunday morning the absolute worst! I prepaid my tickets to see the new Avengers also prepaid the snacks as I did expect it to be crowded. The line was to the door with people complaining about the wait. I figured this wont affect me since I planned ahead and I'm just picking it up. I waited 15 minutes for an associate to cone and tell me they are understaffed and the food hasn't been prepared to come back in 30 minutes. Mind you. My movie already started. Fast forward, I went back in 45 minutes, the line is even longer. I asked the first associate I saw and he said he was just clocking in so he can't help. Pointed out the manager to me, I told him to get her he informed me that she is busy and if he went for her she would be upset! What kind of service is this? ! Finally she came over and said she can't help and I need the line in the other side. Luckily the first person who told me to come back in 30 minutes came out the back and said yes I told her that. She got the pizza but it was burned! What a waste of time. I love Regal but this left me unimpressed. I missed part ls of the movie for thing a that could have been avoided.

I frequent Regal theaters but not usually this location. This was the only one in my area with tickets for Endgame at a time that worked for me. Horrible experience. I expected a crowd but I already had tickets with reserved seats, so I figured 30 minutes to get popcorn and a drink would be plenty of time. Nope. 10 minutes late to our seats. Standing in line for 40 minutes with lines to the front door and he manager never opens the 4 closed registers at the concessions. Then a register goes down. Manager brings over straws and napkins and does nothing about the register. The girl working the station stands there 5 minutes waiting for it to come up doing nothing to help her coworkers, doesn't even wipe the spills on the counter right in front of her. I finally get to the front. I ask for a popcorn and coke as quickly as possible, my movie has already started. I have to repeat the order twice then the kid moves like he's a sloth working at the DMV in Zootopia. Finally get to our seats. Thankfully, no issues in the theater and we are able to enjoy the movie. So 1 star for not breaking the projector, I guess. As we're leaving, I think about leaving my trash in the theater as an f you to the staff and management, but I decide to be a person and set a good example for my kid. But there's only one trash can for 10 theaters and it's over flowing with trash all around it. I added my trash to the piles around the can and walked out. Best part, 10 feet away a kid in the staff was sitting on his butt doing nothing about it. And yes, it was opening weekend for Avengers Endgame, but it wasn't prime time. It was noon on Sunday. They definitely had worse crowds Fri and Sat nights.

Ok. Rant over. Long story short, you have to try be this incompetent. Every manager at this theater deserves to be fired. I will continue to go to Regal, but I will never return to this location. I would advise you to choose a different theater as well.

The worst place to go was smelly the place have food and trash from the last movie, only three persons for the popcorns I can even buy food because I was for almost one hour in the line and the movie was going to start most to said I don’t have the chance of eat or drink anything. I never come back to this place the worst place to go

Went to go see "Avengers: Endgame" on Sunday 28th and the employees were ridiculous. There was a huge line at the concession stand and everyone was in the line to see this movie, missing a straight hour of it, because (#1) the employees were too busy chatting with each other and when a customer asked to speak to manager, an employee (dark skin, skinny, wears her hair in a ponytail) brushed her off and mumbled under her breath. Not only that but they only opened 4 out of 7 of their concessions with the long lines they had. Moreover, at the last minute, they told us they ran out of popcorn? How do you run out of popcorn?
I really upset because me and my family missed the 1st hour of our film to be said that they ran out of popcorn.

The boys had a blast at their first outing together. Watched the new Avengers movie and then hit the arcade. Very family friendly and movies run every 15 minutes.

Cannot believe this place does not have the new recliner seats. The 3D glasses are so uncomfortable. They do not fold like the glasses at Regal Treasure Coast 16. The picture and sound from IMAX was the only saving grace. Great sound, great picture. Horrible seats, horrible glasses, and only had two registers open for concessions on opening weekend of Endgame with about 150 people in line. Come on now.

My request is to put 2 or 3 shows of MAHARSHI movie per day. This movie inspires everyone

There was not a lot of people in the movies so that was convenient. And there are a bunch of seats and big screens

This was the worst theater I have ever been to. Opening weekend for Avengers, and they only had 3 lines for food.all backed to the doors. Waited in line for 20 mins, and only moved up 4-5 times so I gave up and went to the theater. The woman checking tickets was very rude.the theater had NOT been cleaned from the last group, so there was popcorn and garbage all over.all around horrible experience.

The cimema we got have old seats, not reclinable or even comfortable (springs sounds every time you move), parking lot is awful. Only go there if my local movie teather don't have the movie I want.

So I’m currently sitting at the theatre with my family and I just have to say this place needs a SERIOUS upgrade! As soon as we walked into the theatre to take our seats the entire place reeked of cat piss. It smells so bad and I’m pregnant so just imagine my heightened senses the seats are incredibly uncomfortable so hopefully I will make it through the entire movie without my back becoming more crippled then it already is! Other than those complaints I’m excited to see the movie

Convenient if your shopping at Sawgrass ready to watch a movie or wanting to try a restaurant like California Pizza, Mojito Bar, Cheesecake Factory, PF Chang’s or Burgers at Johnny Rockets.a movie is a movie anywhere you go. Sawgrass Mall is upcoming with adding more restaurants and more shops. The theater needs to be remodeled and once this is ready it will be the perfect place to do it all. From Dinning, Shopping to end your day with watching a movie on the big screen. (Michelle)

With 23 cinemas, this location offers options. Sometimes ticket lines can be long, but there are also self serve kiosks to help speed things up.

Nice theater, however there is a barrier that people put their legs on and it’s hard to see the movie through them.

Movie time at theatre did not match internet time posted. The young, dumb, bubble gum chewing girl taking your money could care less. Ruined our night out. We went home. Netflix is a better deal.

The go to spot for the Broward theater experience if you're a young adult the atmosphere around it perfect for that crowd.

Typical Regal theater. Needs some updates and a little run down. Movies, food, and service were on-par but not above and beyond in any way. The fact that they play foreign films with subtitles is a definite plus. We enjoyed Sandy there and would go again but would rather frequent an AMC.

Location is convenient. Entrance and snake Entra is clean and well lit. Seats are uncomfortable and instead of playing upcoming movies i had to watch commercials.
