This place have no ac. The theater was extremely dirty had get popcorn and cups / food off our seats. The movie never even started and the staff didn’t seem to really care. I’m incredibly shocked that cleaning strands aren’t higher with covid and cold / flu season as well. The popcorn was stale and over salted to cover staleness. The were out of Pepsi zero sugar which was disappointing but I settled Diet Pepsi. The pop extremely flat and zero carbonation at all. I wouldn’t Recommend this place to anyone. I normally go Cinemark and will keep going back there as they have very high strands for cleaning, food is fresh and drinks are always kept up.

Excited to be back at the movies, but very upset that the recliner seats (at least in this auditorium) don’t work. Not as comfortable as I’m used to. Also, the volume stopped working (after going to investigate we learned that it won’t work for previews just the movie) and glasses weren’t handed out for our 3D movie. Popcorn tastes funny. I think next time I’ll find something a little closer to home. Came here because the ratings were so good.

I went to Regal last night to see F9 with my brother. We were severely disappointed with the Theatre and wish I had gone to Cinemark. The Theatre looked closed from the outside. The ticket stand was completely empty and I thought the showtimes had been incorrect. But upon entering, there was a line at the concession stand. I went to the Help Desk to buy tickets because the ticket kiosks are also gone. I was informed the tickets must be purchased at the concession stand, but as ludicrous as this might be to believe, they only had one line in place, so as people requested a movie, selected their seats, confirmed the prices, paid for the tickets, waited for the receipt, they then proceeded to pick food items verbally because, lo and behold, the menu screens are turned off. Now they have to select, change sizes, add snacks, add drinks, make requests, then finally pay, but after they pay, they are then waiting for their food while the line continues to grow and elongate and expand because people who ALREADY bought their tickets- have to wait to order food, while others- who ONLY want to buy tickets- can't select the line just for tickets. Spending twenty minutes on each customer is counterproductive, especially when people schedule their busy days to arrive at the theater on time. I arrived ten minutes early to my movie, but if you think that 20 minute indicator previously mentioned is exaggerating, I'm sorry to say it isn't. I had to flag the manager down to ask for a secondary line for tickets, but the same process continued. Buy your tickets, then your food, and make everyone else wait, so people who were minutes early are now late for their movie. If I'm paying $30 to see a movie and another $20 on snacks, I DO NOT WANT TO BE LATE TO THE MOVIE. If I'm paying $7 for a soda, I don't appreciate it when I sit down and find out it isn't even filled up all the way. I don't appreciate having to ask one by one by one what menu items are available since the manager Daniel can't turn on the screens, can't effectively organize his lines, and isn't aware of what menu items are readily available without asking his immature staff. Now, I'm overpaying for partially filled soda, munching on secondary option snacks, late to a movie because of concession issues, only to find the theatre is too warm. My pants and undergarments were so soaked from sweat, I thought I walked home. If it wasn't 1 AM because I had to select a later showtime just to miss the trailers, I would have complained and asked for my money back. This used to be my favorite movie theatre to go to- I've been coming here for 20 years, since I first moved to Pembroke Pines and saw Spider-Man and The Scorpion King in the same summer with my Uncle, but this was the most uncomfortable experience at Regal. AMC is brand new; Cinemark was absolutely comfortable. There's competition and a post-pandemic era to contend with, along with streaming options appearing more frequently. There is no excuse for these asinine discrepancies. If you do not care about your job, please venture off to another one. I prefer to enjoy my movie theatre experience, not contemplating how to best complain because of how absolutely irate I am. Black Widow, Eternals, Shang-Chi, Spider-Man, Ghostbusters, Jungle Cruise, Dune, Space Jam, No Time To Die, Free Guy, and many more will all be coming to theatres this year. Thank God the Theatres are open again, but I might just consider Cinemark. I prefer to enjoy movies when I watch them.

Great cinema, reclining seats. They are keeping safe. Theaters are near empty due to the pandemic.

This theater offers recline COMFY seats available for a cheap price compared to other places such as Cinebistro. Auditoriums are spacious and clean. They also have big screens and great sound! Seats can be previously reserved online as well. This is my go to movie theater, especially for movie premiers!

Love this theater, however it is difficult to purchase wine there.if the concession employee is under age he/she can't sell the wine, must get manager over age 21. I say STOP SELLING BEER/WINE if it's a problem that causes BIG delays.

Reclining seats is the plus and being able to purchase and choose seats ahead of time. The concession stand is extremely slow on peak nights.

For sure my favorite movie theater. I come all the way from Miami to see movies. From the seats to the atmosphere it makes the movie going experience even better. Love this place.

Comfortable and spacious recliners. Theaters properly maintained and clean. However, could improve in the surround sound and also improve on the 3D.

U cannot begin to not talk about this great Theater. Power Reclining seat, lots of foot room. Plenty of elbow room. Price of food is well deserved.

This place would definitely be a 5 if it wasn't for their mens bathroom. Was there yesterday and a few weeks ago, both times there was urine all around the urinal floors. They need to spot check them more often.

Terrible popcorn! Very overpriced concessions. The seating is very nice. I like being able to choose and reserve my seats. The previews were EXTREMELY LOUD. The movie itself was good and the sound was much better.
