Despite the nice features and moderm installations, the level of service in this place is far from good. 30 mins later our movie started, the AC was turned off and the foodcourt closed leaving you without sodas or popcorn, so you are pretty much on your own for the rest of the movie time.

Super place to see a movie 3D4K is almost like ride in the theme park lots of fun renovated and a game room

The seats for petites are bit confortable other that everything is great.
Their soround system is great

It is close to my house, but the seats are bad for necks not only mine but I saw other people were not happy with the seats, We saw Radical the movie was good.

I give this place 2 out of 5 stars for a particular reason, Two stars: one for the quality of seating, and the other for ease of access and purchase of tickets, they missed out on the additional 3 stars for the reasons as observed during my visit with my son; number 1: Staff Members were clearly not interested in performing any efforts to assist patrons, very disorganized lines, ticket agents were practically staring off into space, apparently daydreaming or anticipating their end of shift, literally no eye contact at all nor supervision of attendees present (you could practically walk on in without being noticed, this concerned me regarding in the event of an emergency as I wondered how long before staff took notice of such a thing amongst the cluster of attendees moving in and out in droves like herds, again no line formation nor active surveillance and engagement with the patrons), number 2: If I am paying for a service and it is expected and implied that basic courtesy and respect is expected from all attendees viewing a movie why is there no staff to supervise those who are unruly and aggressive as well as tossing food and yelling during a showing, since when are there no ushers standing by in attendance to help anyone in need and to ensure safety and respect is maintained, you could practically pirate the entire movie, get in a fight, vandalize the theater room and walk away without any consequences, and lastly number 3: the staff seems to be unsupervised and any “management” present was not seen in any way and if they were present then they were just another face among the faces of young adolescents who are more interested in talking with their coworkers about random things than being engaged and focusing on providing service in an appropriate and efficient way. I had to wave in front of someone’s face to get them to notice me as I was in front of the line waiting for one of the two employees to notice me and when they did attend me i had to repeat myself as they still kept their conversation going not hearing what I was saying to them. Again no eye contact at all while the transaction was being processed. No greeting, no proper communication or customer service, the only positive was the theater room was decent enough to qualify as being clean and the restrooms were clean as well surprisingly but that doesn’t require any interaction with the public as cleaning a toilet or theater room is usually done when it’s been vacated by the public.

Overall the sound quality was excellent
The projection was clear and crisp, floor was clean until younger patrons thought throwing popcorn and soda was a epic comedic act, I get it, I was young and annoying once upon a time, kids will be kids, but seriously if there is no one to enforce a code of ethics and rules then only chaos and anarchy will happen to rise in abundance.

My advice, try hiring a few more employees who are interested in being involved and who take pride in their work, no matter what job you do, if you don’t give 100% then your clearly in the wrong position.

The only complaint is that the seats are super uncomfortable. They def need to upgrade.and their matinee price is higher than most.for a theater that is outdated.their matinee should be higher than cinebistro

It was nice. Recent visit was a mystery/unknown movie for a discounted price. It was kinda fun not knowing what movie I'd see yet trying to guess what genre the movie I'll see based on the trailers.

The movie end up being Freelance, an action/comedy.

Great we saw a great family movie called Camp Hideout the seats were very comfortable. All around was awesome if yiu get a chance check out the movie your kids will love it.

My go to movie theatre.they have 4dx, imax, rpx and its a very clean place with bars and a nice plaza around.

Regal Kendall Village has gotten really nice. The seats were upgraded, for a better experience.

I went to see God's Kiss to my surprise it was sold out for a single show at 12.40. Outside, 45 to 50 people for the same movie asked them to open another room for us, you know that they opened it at 10 at night, all the people who were elderly, I think they taught him a lesson, we bought the tickets, we were there at 10: 00 p.m. Night. Mr. Manager espeto learned the lesson that having empty rooms he could put the earliest we know that there was an agenda against Christians

I commend that the theater works with faith-based leaders to do special previews for upcoming Angel pre-screenings. However, when I went to the concession stand after tonight's movie, we asked one of the concession workers to check for an item in the freezer in the back for us that we wanted to snack on our way out. Isabella, who is one of the managers walked up and intervened and told the worker not to check the back. The employee told her it would be no trouble for him to check since it wasn't busy and there was other register coverage. She had him stand down with a dirty look. I am very surprised to see a manager behave like this.

I love this Cinema, not to crowded, very clean. Staff is very good. Food is better than other places

In that cinema, the disorganization is impressive and the poor service is even worse. It should be nice to go see a movie but it ends in a bad experience

Today I enjoyed a $4.00 movie.
Wish prices were always $4,00. They would constantly fill the place.

I don’t really care to leave reviews for places like movie theaters because I don’t expect much, but the theatre seats are the worst chairs I’ve ever had the displeasure of sitting in. It was absolute torture, I couldn’t watch the movie without being uncomfortable. Whoever designed them must have a curved spine or is a hunchback. And of course to make it all worse the floors are so disgusting and dirty/slippery. Someone is going to end up slipping & falling here.
