We had a really great experience at Regal Mobility with our Sales Rep Michael. We arrived late in the day (because we couldn't find the place) and Michael wound up staying late to take care of us. He was very thorough in explaining all we needed to know with regard to the scooter we were interested in. He made the sale and so far so good. Thanks for all your help Michael!

I had a great experience with Regal Mobility. I knew what I wanted, and Michael was very helpful. He explained how everything works and was very kind in answering all my questions.

We wanted a lightweight foldable scooter and intended to buy online. Before purchasing, we wanted to see what we were buying. Regal Mobility was the closest to our home (1.5 hrs). After trying the lightweight foldable scooters, my wife was very uncomfortable in them. We ended up buying a Pride Go Go that broke down in 3 pieces and it was much more comfortable and handled better (at half the cost). Micheal was very helpful. Needless to say, we didn't buy online.

Celeste, our sales rep was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions completely. She was friendly and explained the differences and benefits of various mobility scooters. The store had a large number of scooters and even a track in the room to try scooters out and helped me get used to driving it. I recommend Regal Mobility highly.

My wife and I went to the Regal Mobility Showroom in Groveland and we were blown away with the entire experience, from start to finish! Beginning with our terrific Sales Associate Celeste Lichtenberg, we were quickly welcomed, and we dove right into what we needed and what we were looking for. She listened to us, knew exactly what to show us, and answered every single question we threw her way. The showroom setup is awesome with the test track that runs around the showroom, to allow customers to test drive their new scooter is super cool idea and makes sense, to make sure customers get a chance to try out something before making a big purchase. Celeste was extremely knowledgeable, was in no way pushy and had us ready to go in under an hour. The store has everything in stock and their website and phone customer service line was also fantastic. We called the customer service line late Saturday afternoon (on a holiday weekend) and actually spoke to a real human being who was also knowledgeable and let us know that your showroom was open on Memorial Day! The added touch of being open on a Holiday was perfect, as I don't get many days off of work and we live in Orlando, over 50 miles from the Regal Showroom. All I can say is bravo to the entire Regal Mobility crew. The experience was solely focused on Customer Service, which is nearly impossible to find in this day and age. I appreciate your approach to sales and those who have mobility and access needs. You all made this an easy and stress-free experience and we will be sure to send business your way. Thank you for the great job you all did to make this such a positive and easy process of getting my wife her first powered scooter.

This is going to make our road trip this summer the best ever!

Best service and rental shop around! We use this company every trip. My son has drop-foot making walking hard when it comes to parks and fun events. Unfortunately, Disney won't allow him to rent one because of his age, so this works for us! The employees are always helpful and happy. Ya'll make this so easy and are appreciated!
