Regal Nails, Salon & Spa, North Lauderdale FL

I would give them zero if I could. They are the closest nail salon and I gave them a try a couple of times. After yesterday’s service, I am done. Rude people, nails poorly done and the guy at the cashier complains of you don’t pay tips cash. I will spend my money somewhere else.

Fantastic mani-pedis in a relaxing environment. They do a great job and are nice and efficient. Several colors to choose from. Great service, very professional, love my pedicure. Fast, courteous and reasonably priced too.

The staff at this particular location is very rude and has poor customer service. I had to call the cops on these folks. They don’t follow instructions and These ppl do not like being told that there work is not liked. I would give them no stars if this rating allowed it. DO NOT GO TO REGAL NAILS ON 7900 MC NAB RD.

Had the nicest young girl, Neway (unsure of spelling). Left feeling relaxed with beautiful nails. Great pedicure.

I've been going to Regal Nails l for a long time. They are always professional and offer excellent services.

Always get my nails done by Su Si. She's great! She pays attention to details. All the ladies fo a good job but I always make an appt with Su Si. The salon was remodel and it's bright and welcoming.

Best nail techs I’ve ever been to. The art they create is just an added bonus to the amazing nail shape and strength they create. I’ve never gotten so many complements before.

Do not I repeat DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL PLACE NO MATTER HOW CHEAP THEY ARE! All the great nail techs that they had there have left or “moved away”. The youngest girl there cannot do nails to save her life I just checked not only are my pinky fingers are uneven as one is shorter than the other. Also one hand is slightly shaped different than the other. You can see through the nail polish as they put very thin layers. I would give this place 0 stars if I could.

I went to Walmart to get my nails done at Regal nails. The young man there first he told me I couldn’t wash my hands after he got done filing them he just sprayed them with something and wiped them off. When he was polishing my nails he was real cheap with the polish. The topcoat he dipped it in once and he tryed to do all five nails with it instead of giving them a good coat or two. I went back and told him about it that it was not good and he said you just have to wash your hands. I told him that I was not going to come back again. He did a horrible job.

Went for a French pedicure. Very sloppy job- white tip uneven on every toe. She wanted to do my nails too.heck NO! Wasted my money since I took it right off when I got home. Will never go there again.

Worst service. Went and got fills done and a week later the nails are falling off. I go back to have them fixed and they won't fix without me laying $20 again. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! U know I won't again!

Worst service ever! Pedicure was an absolute disaster. The technician was extremely rough cut my toes pretty bad and kept looking at me to see if I noticed when she cut me. It was a really half ass job and when I paid and left I noticed half of my big toe didn’t even have nail polish on it! There wasn’t even a smudge she just didn’t do a good job at all. This was the second experience I had with them only because I gave them the benefit of the doubt. First experience was terrible as well. A different tech older woman kept trying to get me to do a spa pedicure which I didn’t want and got mad at me because I wouldn’t do it. Terrible customer service after this experience will never return!

The manager is absolutely rude and unorganized! Expect to be prioritized based on how much you spend! It doesn't matter how long you've been waiting. If someone comes in off the street and plans to spend more money, your 20! Minute wait time turns into two hours. HORRIBLE, DESPICABLE, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PLANET! IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE NO STARS I WOULD! I've been coming to this salon for a year because I moved and I'm honestly fed the heck up! It's the same awful service! The wait alone makes this place a dump! And don't bother trying to politely say that you had arrived two hours ago! That'll just result in you being stared at without being given the decency of a response!

Great experience and I'm not here but customer service great. I went when they opened and didn't have any issues at all. It was two people before me wasn't a long wait at all.
