Regal Nails, Salon & Spa reviews
10Doesn’t matter if you make an appointment they don’t honor it. The owner is very rude. The prices on the wall are false advertisement. The place is small and over crowded.
They suck. Literally told me they didn’t have time to do my daughters eyebrows, not in a nice way either. Who turns away business? If they would have said come back in however long it would have been it would have been more professionally and understood. Guess they don’t need my business anymore. Btw they were not super busy and it was about 15 min after they opened. I’m an excellent tipper too. Oh well.
Tony took care of me and did a great job! I got a manicure and pedicure. I chose the color 178. I will be back!
We had an appointment for 1: 00 pm. They took walk inside even though we were early for our appointment. They said they were short staffed and couldn't handle our appointment. Very rude and unprofessional. At least call us so we don't drive there. Really deserve negative stars but wouldn't let me
Had an appointment for a month went in today with 3 of my friends and they could not take us. We made the appointment a month ago how can you take a walk in over an appointment. Will not be returning to that place.
I really do not recommend it, the only one that works is Mery and the boy, the rest are unprofessional and bad work. I spent a very unpleasant time with my only 11-year-old girl.
I feel disappointed today. I was serviced by an older man and he did not do a good job. He was rushing, I was cut when doing my cuticles and also he hurt my muscle when doing the hand massage. I still feel pain in my hands. He did'nt use a sterilized instrument to do cuticles, and I didn't like how my nail polish came out the way he did it. He charged $48 and other times I have paid $ 43.
Located in Walmart; try it before you turn your nose up to it! I choose to go here regularly for pedicures because of kind (and funny) employees followed by decent prices. The best part about pedicures is sitting in the massage chair and hearing other people's life stories from the nail techs to whoever has to sit next to me. The owner is smart as a whip and is always vibing there. The techs there do a great job and take their time. My other favorite part is def. The warm towels.and they give a mean leg massage. I think they've worked out a decade of tension stored in those puppies.
Wow! Must say that I love this place! I get so many compliments! My hands and toes have never looked or felt better! I travel 7 months out of the year now and I miss Mary so much when I need to find someone out on the road! Mary is the shop owner and she is AWESOME! I use Tony for my pedicures! Give them a try!
