I’ve brought my son’s karate gi here before and they have done a decent job. Today I came to bring it at again at 3pm on a Saturday. The lady at the front immediately started saying why she couldn’t do something due to a patch it has and it’s expected. It’s not the first time it gets dry-cleaned. Then she asks me when I need it by, I tell her Tuesday. She immediately starts to tap her feet and huff/puff like a toddler. I asked her if there was a problem and looked at the gentleman working there, then said to me they close Mondays. I understood and said ok. But then the guy proceeded to insult me by saying “oh ella se acaba de despertar” I grabbed my son’s gi and walked out. This place does not need my business. How do they think it’s even ok to disrespect someone. Anyone at that. The proper way to answer me should have been a lot more professional. Perhaps telling me what day they could have had the clothes to me by and not assuming I just woke up. Simply because my hair was in a bun. Aside from the disgusting way their run their business they only take cash.
