Regal Pointe Orlando

Hi my fellow followers am back but this time with my son, follow him on ig joshua the cool kid.
So recently my son and I went to see the new Spider-Man movie No way home in Orlando at the Regal Pointe Orlando IMAX movie theater, we saw the movie in style 4DX. 4DX means the movie is in 3D and you get to seat in a motion chair, and through out the movie you get to feel, smell, and see everything as if you were in the movie with the characters, which makes the movie just that more interesting.
The Spider-Man movie No way home was the 1s last movie I saw in 2021 but the 1st movie I saw in 4DX. I give the movie and the movie theater 5 's. The movie tickets were not expensive and it was worth every dime. The movie was amazing. It was like I was riding a roller coaster ride throughout the entire movie. Every time Doc Strange traveled in time I felt it, every time Spider-Man throw a punch i felt it, if there was a foggy scene in the movie i saw and felt it. I never want to go back to the old way of watching movies. This experience was fun, new, different and thrilling. Bottom line if you haven't seen the movie what are you waiting for, and if your ever in Orlando stop by the Regal Pointe IMAX 4DX movie theater or any 4DX movie theater for that matter. You won't regret it, but make sure your going to see an action movie.
With all that being said I didn't really interact with the employees so I cant really speak on the customer service. Sorry. But over all my son and I had a very nice time.

I love coming here, the 4DX experience is so worth the money! The popcorn also is some of the best movie theater popcorn I've had!

Changing my rating. This place would be a 5 star theater if they put new seats in. They were also poorly maintained and cleaned but im pretty sure it's because these seats are so old. I still enjoyed seeing the new Spider-Man here. Almost had the whole theater to myself. Dissapointed in the upkeep of the seats. If anyone is wondering. I moved to other seats since the theater was so empty.

Great screen quality and sound you expect from regal theaters. The seats are recliners and you can lift your feet and lay back, however they are a bit dated and showing some signs of wear and tear. Popcorn was fresh and hot, but they are out of many other items due to the Spiderman release (everything but popcorn and pretzels new year weekend). Hopefully they have nachos and other items back soon.

Watching a movie in 4dx 3D is amazing. I'm not sure we can go back from watching it like that although we did miss it being able to have popcorn and a drink

Really upset, My daughter’s wallet slipped out her hoodie last night while she was sitting down, she’s only 12 years old, she had her money in there, she works for she could have her own money, I called today asking for her wallet and they told me that the Janitor “didn’t” find nothing. I know he did, BUT THATS FINE! He needs it more. Merry Christmas and Happy New Years, enjoy my daughter’s $100+ ………….

Very nice to come for day and night. Main event is nice atmosphere. They have validation for parking also for the all day

Spiderman in 4DX was awesome. That was my first 4DX, if I had a complaint it would be the micro air blasts that came from behind would bounce off the 3D glasses and right into your eyeballs. I'd still do it again!

My husband and I went and saw Dune in IMAX last night. My husband unknowingly left his wallet behind. The young man cleaning the theater, ran out after us and returned it even though we were already outside. Thank you so much, whoever you are!

I Drive A Hour To Come To This Theater For There IMAX Is The Best One I’ve Seen Plus Super Comfortable Seats And Great Food & Drinks Best Movie Theater Out There Been Coming Here For Years

Nice place better bring a bank with you! My daughter bought 3 popcorn 3 drinks it was, $48.00 or $58 dollars that's not your ticket to the show.

Quite sad cause I wanted to enjoy the whole movie in 4DX, but not only the seats were very stiff and hard, i had to watch the first 10 minutes of the movie with the lightning ON. I finished the movie and went to ask for SOME Sort of compensation for the first 10 minutes that I couldn’t visibly see and the person responded since I watched the whole movie nothing was possible… was I supposed to trust that if i left they were going to refund me $50 And risk losing that money plus the movie. Anyway last time coming here honestly not worth it

We don't see movies anywhere else. The 4DX is the only way to see any action or blockbuster movies. It makes even mediocre movies better. Worth the pricey upgrade. Pro tip: eat your popcorn, snacks and drink BEFORE the movie starts.

Wow! The 4D experience was amazing. Not for the faint of heart. Glad I didn't have a full belly. I don't know how you could eat popcorn or not spill a drink on this 2 hour thrill ride.

The only "REAL" IMAX theater in Orlando! IMAX is when you have to climb up to the screen and Regal Pointe Orlando delivers just that.

Ladies lavatory had no toilet paper in any stalls, no soap, not clean.
Food court didn't have large popcorn, they didn't have butter, had to contact the information desk lady to send someone to fix these issues. Otherwise the movie experience was great.

I've been here before. This is my preferred theater for any movie. But tonight really bummed to me out. I came in tonight for a 6: 10 p.m. Showing of Spider-Man: No Way Home in 4DX, and was really upset when someone had left the lights on in the theater for the duration of ALL of the previews and 5 minutes into the actual movie. And the lights would haved stayed on if it weren't for the several people that left the room to go tell someone about it. This hasn't happened to me personally before but measures should be taken to ensure it doesn't happen again. I paid over 100 dollars for 4 tickets for my family and this avoidable mistake really took away from was otherwise an enjoyable experience.

Waited in concession line for 45 minutes & was late to my movie. Zara was the slowest customer service worker that I have ever met. How long does it take to fill up bags of popcorn?

The IMAX theater is AMAZING! I've been going to IMAX movies since the 1980s. 2D IMAX is my favorite. Everyone should go to one at least once in their lives.

No protections in place for covid19 even with the surge in Florida. Shameful. Will not go back. Will go to theater at Disney Springs. Also theater was dirty. Spilled popcorn trash etc.all over the concession area. Bathroom not kept up. Not sure if issues with staffing or what.
