What a terrible day. I was visiting a friend who is a resident of this building.first of all my experience at the beach was ruined by an employee known as Mika. I politely asked Mika for some towels.it took the guy an hour and a half for him to finally deliver the towels by throwing them on my chair. Disgusting behavior. I tried to cool off by dipping in the water when I come back to see a man called Ephraim putting away my chairs without me having asked at all.the staff clearly seem a little slow. I recommended they replace the staff

I recently visited Regalia to visit a friend.
The outdoor balcony is a full wrap around with the most stunning views of the Atlantic. The entrance is not overwhelming and has a great deal of privacy. It is located in a quiet neighborhood just north of golden Beach. This is what makes Regalia stand out.
The bathrooms are a modern and clean contemporary look.
The living space is, well.spacious! Clean lines and customizations as you wish.
This architectural marvel is a work of art in itself.

It’s a must visit.

What a building. Only if the pool was little larger. Cool place.

Beautiful building and great service to residence but poorly ran. The property manager creates a culture of fear, all the employees are highly stressed out, alot of them truly believe there only way up is to snitch and rat on each other. Employees work in a constant state of paranoia around each other cause they dont know who to trust and who is going to record them and send it to the property manager. I fear if that kind of culture continues one day, someone will snap.

The building is awesome. Views to die for. But very quiet. Looks like nobody lives there.
