7I am a new patient and was very satisfied and happy with Dr Maha. She explained every move with the prognosis and the manner she was going to treat my symptoms. The office staff was extremely helpful. I highly recommend their services.
I have been taking my mom here for a few years and never had a problem. Suddenly I need to change her appointment and it's impossible. No one picks up there no voicemail to have anyone call you back and the online system is so hard to figure out. Her Dr name isn't even in the system. I will be changing drs

In all seriousness though, Dr. Whetzel-Schill is wonderful for diabetes care.
You can never speak to a person when you call there. You always have to leave a voicemail and never get a return call. I would always have to have the operator write them a message saying check voicemail to call me. After weeks of trying to get through and finally getting my medical records sent over for them to be able to schedule an appointment, they tell me they looked at my records and they only see people who have diabetes or thyroid issues. I said, but doesn't your name also have metabolism in it, I have an issue related to insulin resistance and than they said well yeah, metabolism was recently added and we already see a lot of patients so we are sorry, but no. I have never heard of a doctor's office doing that! They are one out of 2 endocrinologists that take my insurance, and even if they were the last one, I would not go to them now even if they would accept me. Poor business practice!
