Regency Inn & Suites, St. Augustine FL

Overall rooms were clean, just need to be swept better. But there were no funny odors on the sheets or the room. The sheets actually smelled clean and the bathroom was spotless. They supply enough towels, paper, cups, etc. Staff is super nice. The fact that they have an in-door pool is a plus. Though the pool has a spot that needs to be patched, debris are coming off it so there maybe some little pieces on the pool floor. Overall good place to stay. It is right in the middle of pubs/ restaurants and right accross the street from the beach.

Place is a dump. Very dirty. Refrigerator was disgusting, had fluids leaking out of it. Also, the ice bucket had hair in it. The cleanliness of the room was non-existent. Floors were covered in sand. Never vacuumed or swept up from the previous guest. This is not a hotel for families. People walking around and causing a ruckus at midnight and later. This was not a pleasant experience by any means. Probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Dirty and unsafe.

Very good and fair motel. Prices are decent. Room size enough for a quick travel or trip. Floor could be cleanser better (vacuum!). Acces sign could be more noticeable and updated on the streets. Easy to reach and parking is no issue and directly in front of the room. Staff is super nice!

Refridgerator did not work, coffee pot in room did not work. Room had a strong smell of smoke. No smoking room by the way. Cigarette burns on the furniture. Rented 2 rooms. One was fine. The other stunk. Would probably not come here again.

Rooms have been remodeled. Rooms are clean and no carpets nice wooden floors. Hotel clerk is very polite and helpful.would come back.

Nice stay, nice room, bed a little hard, but location and value can't be beat. Right across the street from pier and gas station right in front, nice restaurants on both sides, and walking distance to many more. Convenient to downtown and everything! Very pleasant and helpful staff and indoor heated pool.

Rooms smelled was very musty and moldy.would never stay there ever. Disgusting! Nonchalant employees

The newly renovated rooms are large and beds are comfortable. Housekeeping could be improved but overall satisfactory. Location is very good - across street from St. Augustine pier, park and beach. 5 minute walk to beach at the end of Anastasia State Park. They still do not serve breakfast but several nice places close by. The price is very reasonable.

Great location, right across the street from the beach! Staff was friendly and helped us reschedule our visit so we would be there during Ian. I love our room. Two queen sized beds, hardwood style floors, microwave and good sized fridge. A nice place to stay when visiting this beautiful city.

Everything was great. Only complaints; HARD BED and cigarette smell. Besides that, you get what you pay for. Summer 2022. If I paid over $100 I'd be upset.

This was our second time staying here and we loved it! It’s in a great location for an amazing price, the only complaint was that I wish the bed was a little less hard and the room could’ve been cleaned better before we checked in, but other than that it was an amazing stay!

The management was hostile to the point of manic rage when our investment seminar bus used a small section of his lot. He was violent and threatening. If he treats the public so, one should not expect good service as a customer.

I stayed on the first floor and let me just say the bathrooms were uncomfortable to be in. The bathroom head shower had green spots all over. The bottom corner of the bathroom door was all coming off. The floor was dirty. The towels smell like they haven’t been washed in days. Wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The place is good and clean. Customer service.is the restrictions for the Covid in some areas. I have a good time in the beach and St Agustine History Center.

Very good location. Cleaning did not exist in that place, the floor was super dirty, the towels and sheets were dirty and hairy. I did not feel comfortable with so much dirt. I don't recommend this place.

The lady at the desk was so sweet. Was very quiet, very nice room and very clean smelled nice and clean also all around a very relaxing nice vibe I will defiantly come back here. And right across the street from the pier absolutely great location.
