Regency Oaks Apartments, Fern Park FL

The worst place to live. Drugs everywhere and police everyday. Management is disgusting. When it comes to fixing anything they use any cheap material they can find but charge you outrageous prices for rent. They tell you one thing and charge you another thing. They force you to pay almost fifty dollars a month just to take your garbage. To a dumpster you can walk to yourself in 2 minutes. DON'T THINK ABOUT MOVING HERE. ITS DISGUSTING

THIS PLACE IS TRASH THEY THROW POOL PARTIES AN DTHERE BLUNT WRAPS ALCHOL BOTTLES ALL OVER THE PACE, THE MAINTENCE OVER USES HIS POWER TO THREATEN PEOPLE. MANAGEMENT IS NO HELP EITHE MANY PEOPLE HAVE LEFT DUE TO THE GHETTONESS AND LOUDNESS. SOME PEOPLE HAVE EVEN HAD TO CALL THE COPS ON THE KIDS DUE THEM NOT FOLLOWING THE COMPLEX RULES.

INREFERNCE TO NOT LIVING THERE. I AM THERE EVEEY WEEKEND NO ALL THE NEIGHBORS FRONT AND BACK BUILDINGS. PEOPLE DONT T HAVE TO LIVE THERE TO SEE WHAT IS GOING ON A DAILY. THIS JUST PROVES MANAGEMTN SUCKS AS THE COMPLEX DOEA

Horrible place to live at, there’s no security cameras so cars are always getting breaking in or stolen, they allow crazy people to live here.
The police is always here, because some crazy people decide to start a killing spree, the rent for a studio is almost 1,400 and there’s always roaches no matter how much you clean they alway come back.

Every apartment is cover in holes, and they tried blaming you for them.

Alot of crime in these apartments. I think the whole police department was here a few weeks ago. There was something going on near the front entrance apartment, everyone has been tight lipped about what exactly happened, but, it was on the news and I missed it, then, the other day, boom, more law, not sure what's up, but, the neighbors are like Peytons Place and she was told it was drug related.alot of riff raff in here. Just yesterday I was sitting in my car getting ready to leave for work and I saw a guy trying to break into an apartment. I didn't say anything.don't want to get hurt.

You can't just kick people out. You have to get them evicted.
And, I know I'm not a lease holder, I'm visiting from out of state.
My husband died, so that is not happening.
I understand that there is crime, but, from talking to several leaseholders, you people in the office stick your head in the sand.
I visited, and it asked me to review. I did. All truths. Gtfo.

Great location, close to Orlando. Office staff is very friendly and professional. Maintenance addresses issues as promptly as they can. Several amenities in the community including 3 pools and a 24/7 Fitness Center

Horrible they charge 1300 a month and can’t even use the pool when you would like they cut the grass when they feel like and they come fix your AC and stuff inside your apartment, whenever they feel like very poor management

Jesus …. It seems as if things don’t change. 20yrs ago this place was bad. It’s worse now. You don’t need to do a walk thru. I challenge anyone to just go there. Sit in your car and OBSERVE what goes on here. In 5 mins someone is trying to sell you something and I’m not talking about souvenirs. Look at the demographics that live in these apartments and know what you’re signing up for. Anyone leaving a FIVE STAR RATING is living there rent free. Now how many people you think is living rent free up in there. Yeah this place is a joke!

Alyssa and the rest of the staff are very friendly, they made my moving smoothly and fast. I recommend this place to you all.

Update: Things got worse. My home was attempted for a break in and the pipes burst in my kitchen. I’m very thankful for maintenance tech Justin Boysun for being immediate in our crises and having it fixed asap. It’s the not people who work that is the issue. It’s an old building that needs attention.

Been here for less than a month. That was the dish washer when we moved in. We must have nasty neighbors because the amount of roaches in here is awful. Every day there are more and we have already had pest control come here and spray. I moved here out of recommendation from the homeless veteran association. I would rather be living in my tent than with filthy neighbors. Please do something about this. Also, you should I pay more attention to detail before renting out apartments.

LOOK at a unit before you rent, unlike i did, the place is run down, and it shows everywhere, gaps between floor and formboards, holes with shoddy patchwork everywhere i look, as soon as you walk in you see the aluminum back of the stove right at the counter, i have spent 2 febreeze bottles to kill the old mildew smell and still at it, if you want ugly rent here, it is not not nowhere near worth the rent, 600 tops, but they ask for 1300 & up for a 1 bedroom, the surroundings scream poverty as in south bronx or oakwood, counting the days that i can leave

Nice well maintained complex very attractive looking buildings and great location. They are spacious and I love the outside design.

I recently lived at Regency Oaks and had a wonderful experience. The management and maintenance team was always friendly and responsive to any questions or concerns I had. The complex itself was well-maintained.
One of my favorite features of the complex was the amenities. The multiple pools that are easily accessible and I loved being able to host friends in the community clubhouse - it's also where I threw my Gender Reveal party & management was very accommodating for it! Additionally, the location was great - it was close to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment!
Overall, I would highly recommend Regency Oaks to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable living experience. In fact I’ve had two family members also move in hassle free with the lovely help from the staff. Both of the front office girls Alyssa and Haley are so kind and helpful and Justin the manager is a great help as well. The staff and amenities are great!

Regency Oaks apartment complex is a great place to live. Located 20 minutes from downtown Orlando, it's close to a local Walmart and amazing places to eat.
