We were very pleased with our experience with Regency Shades. Angela returned our calls promptly, and came to our condo on time to give us personalized help in choosing the right shades for our needs. The installer came in a few days to measure; then delivered, and installed our motorized shades in one morning. They make a wonderful addition to our sun room, and help keep the room much cooler. We love the motorized option, as it makes it so much easier to use them. We would highly recommend Regency Shutters, and will use them again ourselves if our need arises.

From start to finish, a perfect experience using Regency. Was instantly impressed by the politeness and friendliness with my first phone call to set up an appointment for an estimate for louvered shutters for my den slider. Angela who came to my home to do preliminary measure and give an estimate was also super friendly. The office correspondence was right on point as well. Can not say enough great things about Stephen who came to do a final measure, nicest guy you could ever meet, and so knowledgeable too. Thankfully he came back to do my install …

We had a great experience with Regency Shutters and Shade. Starting with Ilene, who came to our house to give us a quote and ideas for what we wanted. Professional from start to finish, we highly recommend them.

We worked with Regency three different times. The first was to add shutters to about two-thirds of the house. The second was to take down shutters so that we could get hurricane windows installed. The third was to re-install shutters after the hurricane windows were completed, and then finish off the rest of the home with shutters. We really like the product. The representatives are obviously knowledgeable, but they also explain options available, such as around door knobs and other things to consider. Finally, their installer is just excellent, really focused on getting the alignment correct and concealing the fasteners that are required. Definitely go with these guys and you will not be disappointed.

Not only were we super satisfied with our shutters, in addition the installation team was fantastic paying great attention to details and making sure everything was 100% perfect before leaving. What’s more, the fact that they make their own shutters is a huge advantage. One out of 10 ordered came out the wrong size. They quickly remade it for installation on the same day. Regency was excellent! My shutters are beautiful and they made the process simple. I tried navigating all of the online sites and knew I was going to end up with something that didn’t fit or that I didn’t want.
