Regency Square Apartments, Tampa FL

I love it… it’s quiet and spacious! Under new management. You would have to take a look for it yourself and have your own experience. Don’t go by what others say.

The office manager, Natalie, was great. It’s close to everywhere you will need to go, people are friendly, they do a great job of keeping the company clean and presentable.

Natalie in the office is amazing. I made the move from another state and she provided so much clarity, consise communication, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. My apartment is beautiful. I'm so happy I decided to move to regency square.

I applied at Regency Square Apartments and had the best experience when I visited the leasing office. Natalie was very nice and made the process easy. She greeted me as soon as I walked in and went through everything I needed to know to apply and about the property. A week after applying she called me to let me know that I was approved. She was so very pleasant and welcoming.

The economy is bad and Regency Square is taking Full advantage because it's very expensive to move. I escaped two month ago leaving behind intelligent roaches, breezeway & staircase squatters, internet forced plan, free 24 hour
open gate vehicle entrance, leaking roofs, ghetto community management, one year burnt unit, dummy cameras, ducks & children gone wild, etc. Rent here if you dare!

Been living here going on 7 months and no pool access, now that the pool has opened we are still denied access because the "ducks" we should get a discount on rent since we can not use the pool in FLORIDA summer heat smfh my kids are heart broken ; (

I need place to live in my last trimester and that's what I got and roaches.i have reached out serval times for a solution to which I was told buy a roach motel. The office staff changes every week I'm done thank goodness. Secondly why have a pool when the ducks are the only ones that get to use it. The office is unprofessional and clueless they dont know when leases end or begin.go elsewhere there is no accountablily here.

These are the worst apartments ever if you’re not Mexican, do not move here I went into the office to get a application she was talking to the maintenance. I stood there for 30 minutes she finally acknowledge me, and when she acknowledge me, she said I will be with you shortly with a attitude told me to go sit in their another room, with one chair in it looks like a holding seal and her reasoning behind it was I don’t need to be in there maintenance department business and I just told her all I wanted to do was get a application to apply for the apartments whole entire time they are speaking in Spanish and laughing it does not look like the pictures. Please beware of a place like this.

Expensive 1200$ one bedroom. Roaches, no management, no pool, can't use the laundry room so I have to go across the street. Roaches. Roaches. Slow maintence. Roaches. Ghetto neighbors sitting outside the hallways like it's theirs, sitting on the staircases smoking them funny cigarettes they make themselves. Roaches.

Don't rent from any remanagepro properties. Their staff is beyond unprofessional. They do things like adding security cameras that don't work to make it seem like the property is safe but it is not. They are very unresponsive about tenant complaints too.

Great experience! Brand new kitchen and bathroom. New tile flooring throughout apartment. Office and maintenance are exceptionally helpful.
