I have been seeing Ashley a year or so now. I got my mobility back! See, I have rheumatoid arthritis and I have struggles in my range of motion, weak muscle strength and all over pain, daily. My future was not promising and a walker and wheelchair was possibly expected in the next few years. The RA medication only did so much to keep me mobile and I needed to add sonething else to my regimen. At first, I started seeing Ashley 2x month; now I see her 1x month for maintenance. She knows what areas to work without me telling her. She has magic hands. With her help, I'm back working and I'm riding my bicycle. I'm moving and doing a lot more with my family too. I feel great!
