7All, I did, was get on a bus, by my residence. See, and learn the routes. All drivers are more than willing to help. They are very skilled and courteous
Busses are highly unreliable. Skipped multiple stops on various occasions. Only have 2 busses running the longest distance route but has 5 busses on the shortest route. Website has been down for days now without change. People rely on busses that can guarantee accurate, timely transport.
I forgot my bike I need stored it for me until I was able to pick it up so they get kudos for me
Get it together - why are buses randomly choosing when they want to come? Awful.

I'm going to be honest. This place really doesn't need to be rated. I'm mean, as a driver for RTS, it's a building with A/C so, five stars?
As for the front office, the one customers have to deal with, there is a very serious older lady that is usually the face you'll see.
Note: this woman is an angel! Extremely helpful, courteous, and the person I always cross my fingers and hope is sitting there when I walk in the office. The others are great, but this woman is an RTS staple!
