7I could not be more pleased with the service I’ve received from Regional Utilities. I have had grinder pump issues twice. Last summer they sent Martin to service my property and this summer they sent Jonathan. Both went above and beyond to keep my grinder pump operational. Jonathan cleaned up all overflow sewage as well. I so appreciate the hard work and great communication from these guys!

Chad came out this morning after I was notified that there was a leak at my property. My place is a rental so I was not on site. He kept me informed of his findings and gave great advice about the next steps to take. Thank you Chad!
They never answer their phones when you leave a message they never call you back terrible company
I have never had an easy time with this website and this month was no different so I called for help! Sonia was SO incredibly helpful and called me back twice just to make sure everything went through ok! I’ve always dreaded calling this company but she has turned it all around! And the new improvements on the website are great too!
Had a water main break and called to open a work order. After asking my name and address three times and sounding disinterested, she said they’d send someone out to look at it. When I asked do you know when they’d be coming out, she just said “no sir I do not”, then hung up! Suggest upgrading your customer service reps. Gave three stars because the tech showed up fast!
They have amazing customer service ie, kelly.we just signed on with them, and she was so kind to call a technician to get water turned on today.
