Worst banking experience at this branch. I waited 1 hour and 43 minutes for someone to help me and ended up leaving because no one did. The acct representatives don't even check the list they just pass the clients they know and leave you waiting. Worst banking experience ever.

They don't even deserve 1 star. My husband and I and our children all have accounts with this branch. My husband and I have had an account for over 20 years. We have all been victims of identity theft at one point or another. All 4 of us! Recently, $2,000 were stolen from our account. No calls from the bank, no verification to alert us. My husband went to the Bird Road branch and opened a fraud case file. After a few weeks, he went back and spoke to different bank employee. She advised him the investigation was closed, they never followed through. She opened another investigation. In the meantime they would not return our $2,000 like every other bank does while investigating a fraud. We were told we need to file a complaint with Zelle which is how are money was stolen. You're better off hiding your money under your mattress for all the service they provide. I will be filing a complaint with the FDIC AND the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau!
