I came to This bank that i been having my account for 17 years and believe me it is a mess…. Just to make a deposit you wait almost a hour the works are soooo slow and lazy.
They live the customer to go talk on the phone believe me really bad service no consideration and today drive though close Saturday never open never had any Issue like that all this years they need more train for sure. I will not come back here or my kids they both have regions account to.
Sorry but I had to say something about this bad and slowwwwwwwww service.

I am have been here wait in the line for 45min waiting for change.after my 45min of waiting I waiting another 15min because they took someone before me.they only had one line open. I address my complaint with the manager and she act like she can care less of the situation.this unacceptable and unprofessional of her not address the issue. The service here is very slow. I feel Discriminated Against. This real did slow my day down from what I had to do today.and the fact the the manager and staff was unbother is bothersome to me.

This branch is a major inconvenience in many ways. First of all, the bank entrance is in the back of the building, you have to drive around to get in. Second, they only have one ATM which is located inside the building, meaning no access when the bank is closed. And third, they don't offer bathrooms for their customers it's only for employees! Good bye!

Been a Region customer for 10 years, first time i went in this location, and last one. People that work here they don’t really care in taking care of you, 0 customer service, looks like you are bothering them also if they are simply seated without customers. No one cares to help, or why you are there! Horrible! Worst Management ever, please replace that!

This is the worst banking company ever always a long wait period at least 1 to 2 tellers all the time you have to wait hours just to open up an account just close down all ready I’m just ready to take all my money out of this branch the worst

Went in mid-afternoon needing to make a wire transfer. Employee delayed taking their lunch break to help me get the wire done! Really grateful for their service!

I came by for some personal matters on my account and SILVIO Arango was absolutely rude and not willing to help me in any way. There’s a solution to any problem, this guy didn’t want to help in anyway. Great bank, stay away from Silvio!

The amount of humility I experienced yesterday with Marcus Cox was beyond belief. My concern was not only ignored, it was completely a mockery to him. It wasn’t his inability to help me that caused this unfavorable review, it was his unwillingness to help me. Versus researching my concern and looking at valid proof I presented to him, he utilized his opinion and “prior knowledge”. As a previous employee in the banking industry, I know for a fact that polices and procedures could change frequently! His attitude and tone towards me was very rude and disrespectful. I asked to speak with the branch manager and was denied that. He told me to wait in the “lobby area”. After about 7 minutes another banker assisted me. Basically, I was denied management. Mr. Delgado assisted me to the best of his ability and my issue was resolved. He was very patient, respectful, and took time to listen to my concern. He reviewed the information I presented to him that Marcus Cox refused to look at. I was then provided a solution based on that information. During this very drastic time period, my family and I are experiencing financial difficulties due to the pandemic. We are facing eviction and I needed to withdraw my money. I have never felt so belittled and embarrassed in my life. People like him makes times like these even harder. Do better Regions!

They opened an acount yesterday for me, and its under review even tho I went to the bank to open the account, can't sign in online it say it need to verify my info, didn't get a debit card or nothing, had to wait even though it was an appointment.worst bank ever smh im currently on hold as I write this review. Staff don't care. No Customer service on the weekend either

Honestly I believe people are giving bad reviews because this bank is located in a low income area (hood) in that the bank is very old looking building but far as the service they offer regular good banking service like any other bank. I mean it’s not the employees fault for the building and location. Giving they location in lower class people they give good friendly service
