The bank withdrew an automatic payment on the wrong scheduled date. This over drew my account. The payment was sent because of a banking error and they say they can’t help me even though it’s their fault. Now I have no money to purchase gas or groceries until next Thursday or until I contact the erroneous paid business and get them to send the money back myself. There is no compassion in this bank? They now made me not have resources to take care of my family thru no fault of mine and the response from the bank was so sorry to sad but it’s your problem now.

Bank doesn’t close until 5 and theyre closed at 430? Lazy incompetent workers barely making minimum wage and it shows. Atm never works, honestly the absolute worst bank ive ever had to deal with 0/10 save yourself bank elsewhere

Couldn’t answer my concerns, still opened an account for me, now I have to wait 30 business days to get my deposit back, great start.

They closed the lobby 15 minutes early and would not allow me in. I made a trip here during a pandemic so I could make a deposit and it was all for nothing.
