5Super weird, unprofessional employees. Go elsewhere. You'll be better off.
Fees are $18.00 for a monthly checking account even if you have money in business accounts substantially over their limits. They will not work with you online and you must go into an office to change your accounts. There are many banks that pay interest on business accounts where they do not pay any. There are more customer friendly banks to use than Regions Bank. IMHO.
I never had a problem with regions. I always thought that it was a good Bank. Now 3 weeks ago someone hacked my account and now my account has been closed since the 12th of April. Now ìts may 4th and my account is still locked. I can't get any money or pay my bills. This Is unacceptable to hold money and tomorrow my pay check will be directly deposited into my account

Always good service from all associates of your bank who identify me by first name and i deal with many banks in naples who do not identify me at all
