Regions Bank, Miami Lakes FL

I have been trying to contact the bank using the phone number posted on their website for 2 days and the call is either dropped or it sounds like someone picks the phone up and lays it down on a counter. I'm just trying to help a friend who moved out of the country close a loan. She had e-mailed her the man who was her personal banker for over 20 years twice with no response. I won't name names, but I sure would like to - we finally got help using the 24-hour Customer Service number - there's a real human at the end of that phone number who immediately took care of us.

I am not giving this bank 1 star just because of the air conditioning. Horrible line wait, I was in this place for half an hour. The treatment of Ana Garcia terrible. I claim him for waiting and he insults himself if I was insulted. He has no patience for working with the public. I lost almost my lunch hour on that bench. I do not recommend it, luckily I already paid my balance with this place and I will never return.

Wish 0 stars was an option rude staff and horrible customer service skills. This bank can guarantee you a hassle instead of help.

The people are super nice and they go above and beyond. Great experience.
