No issue setting up an account, actually slept past my appointment time and reached out to me and was very understanding of my tardiness, she was very nice, knowledgeable, funny, and pretty. I Was able to get in an out with no inconvenience. Looking forward to banking with Regions

Been turned away 3 times now while trying to simply open an account. First two times they said they were too busy to see me, and today I came in with an appointment and waited 40 minutes past my appointment time. Two other tellers sat alone in their offices, but told me I had to wait for the person I had an appointment with, then proceeded to help people walking in without appointments. Very disappointing, because it’s a beautiful location and close to home, but clearly they aren’t interested in banking with me, so guess I’ll have to go elsewhere.

Great place, fast, friendly and proactive service. While in some other places, they make you sign a sheet and then wait. Here they immediately asked us how could they help us as we walked in, and they did without making us wait. Great service! Thank you.

Fast and friendly service. I was able to get a same-day appointment. Very helpful for me when opening a new checking account. I highly recommend Brittany. She explained everything, was friendly, and helpful!
