Regions Bank, Bradenton FL

This bank never has cash isn't that the purpose of a bank its like they hate give people there money. The customer service is horrible nobody greets you when u walk in the door an lisa Francis the branch manager is super rude yelling at me when I asked why they never have large bills Im glad i closed my business account with them i don't like dealing with people that are not willing too help me out.

Called ahead to ask if I could get a money order without a banking account here, no answer. Get here and the employee has me count all my money, then he counts the money, THEN he asks for my ID THEN asks for a bank card to then which he told me I couldn’t get a money order without an account here. Which is fine, other than you just wasted my time. Go to the one on manatee they at least have helpful employees.

10 years ago, I had to take out a mortgage on my home Another, very popular bank which I dealt with for years, would not give me one! I went to Regions Bank, got my mortgage, & have had a great relationship with them ever since!

Went to this inside this bank on Friday June 30,2023 because the ATM shorted me twenty dollars. Jesus who's one the teller treated me like a thief making it sound like if I kept the twenty dollars. Very rude people who should be a little more humble and nicer to their customers cause at the end of the day is our money and there's prenty of banks out there. Avoid this bank worst one in history.
