Regus - Doral - Downtown Doral

Really disappointed at how inflexible Regus has been. Due to the pandemic my US work visa has been postponed while I already signed a 1 year coworking office agreement. I requested if they could make an exception to pause my membership until I reach to the US as I am planning to have 10 employees and upgrade to a private office as soon as I reach there. Unfortunately they are not interested to assist but instead continue to charge me for an office I have never made use of. It is clear they do not see me as a long term business partner. All I receive is automated emails asking if I am happy, while I have never even entered the office. Its a corporate machine who only cares about their own bottom line. They also charge extra for everything, even receiving mail or packages if you are not there. Do not expect them to help you without paying extra. Newest update: Nothing has been resolved, they simply asked me to terminate the contract after 1 year, pay the monthly rent every month without me ever setting foot inside the office. They even increased the rent without my approval. Absolutely crazy! I thought I signed a 1 year contract to have atleast a fixed rent rate for 1 year, Zero flexibility. No way I will ever do any business with Regus worldwide.
