I am a Real Estate Broker. I leased an office in Brickell Key.
This is the worst idea I ever had. Their "community Team" is useless. I paid upfront the entire term of my lease (one year) and Regus still charges my credit card indiscriminately for charges that I am not responsible for. I've been trying to contact and get help for over a month and I only get more charges to my credit card. NEVER SIGN A LEASE WITH REGUS. Please go somewhere else.
