My husband had our vehicle serviced at Reilly Auto. The staff were professional, friendly and the faculty was clean. Very happy with this business.

The necessary repairs on my auto AC system would normally require 6 to 7 hours, but the Reilly Mechanics completed all of those repairs in just 5-1/2 hours - and now my AC system runs like a CHAMP! I will NEVER take my car anywhere else, from now on - OUTSTANDING customer service!

The attention to detail and regular communication were really a pleasure. They said what they’d do and did what they said … quickly! These folks are special.

Completely and totally overcharge me for a job that they didn’t even complete. I found the rest of the parts in my backseat. And when I called him up to ask him what they were going to do to compensate me they told me I was a senile old man that didn’t know what I was talking about and hung up. Riley auto sucks.

My car has cold air, yay. I enjoyed working with Sam, she is fantastic. I will recommend this shop to all my family and friends.

I have used Reilly Auto Repair on a few different occasions. They do a great job, explain everything thoroughly, and are honest. When my car started idling rough, I called. They immediately got me right in to diagnose. Nothing found just bad fuel. Charged me only 1/2 of the diagnostics process. Better safe than sorry! I highly recommend this place, Fair and very reasonably priced.

I called and spoke with Tina who was super helpful and very friendly! Dropping my car off was quick and easy, both Tina and the other employee at the desk were so nice! Tina kept in contact with me through out the day to let me know what my car would need and the price for everything. They never tried to push me to do or sell me on more than what my car needed and I genuinely appreciate that! Checking out, Tina went over everything in detail again with me and made me aware of any guarantees they have and I was on my way! My car is running great and ready for my big trip. Would highly recommend this garage to everyone!

We were out of town and had an issue with our jeep, not familiar with anyplace we had someone recommend Reilly’s to us.
We took our jeep there knowing we had a coolant leak but not knowing for sure where it was coming from.they could have told us anything…. It was a crack in the thermostat housing they were able to fix it and didn’t give us an outrageous price because we were from out of town. They fixed the issue and a couple other things we wanted fixed and were very fair on price and they even called us to follow up to make sure everything was as we expected.
Tina in the office is amazing and super helpful she went out of her way to help us!
I would Highly recommend Reilly’s to anyone and especially if your from out of town and don’t know anyone they are the place to go! Thank you so much to Reilly’s and the whole staff.

Although as I just highly criticized my body shop for this same apparently current practice, I must also criticize here: as a credit card customer I should not also be responsible for paying a vendor’s merchant fee, and this business charges an additional 3% if you pay by credit card. Left a bad taste in my mouth despite an honest diagnosis and a very speedy repair.

I am very pleased with the work done and will use this business again but I don’t believe a fee for the privilege of making payment is fair. But unhappily this is not the only business doing this now

We came in to have our a/c fixed. Told it would cost $45 to diagnose and it would take an hour. After 1/2 hour we were told it’s another $190 for further diagnosis to pump with freon and to see if and where it’s leaking. Then we were told it could be a few thousand more. We felt mislead and about to go down a rabbit hole of costs. When we went to pay the $45, two separate charges were added for things we never needed, like disposal fees and something else irrelevant to our bill. The cashier told us they always add that. It was very misleading and we felt taken advantage of. Won’t be back. Went down the street and they didn’t charge for diagnosis of the freon with dye or diagnosis fees. There was a fan out and we ended up paying $245 out the door somewhere else.
