Relax Spa Massage in UTC Mall, Sarasota FL

The Relax Spa is a perfect place to take break from shopping! It’s clean, they wear gloves and their employees are very polite.

I’m here at least once a week for a foot massage and sometimes a chair or table massage. It’s the best place I’ve found where I can just walk in with usually no wait time and get a great acupressure massage.

I was so shocked the 1st time I came in. This place is one of the best massage places I have ever been and I have been around the world. You have to get past the language barrier, but once you do, you will be so glad. If you like deep work especially, this is the place for you!

Jenny is fantastic. Have been coming here for months to get foot and full body massages. Is now part of my weekly health care routine. Really feel a difference in my body.

I was very happy and i feel so much better after these wonderful people helped me with my pulled muscle in my back. I feel like they genuinely care about me. And they use the perfect pressure to help me. This place is very good for sore muscles and helps with aches and pains.

I had a 30 min table massage this week. I’m accustomed to deep tissue massage; this was not that! The man was so rough, I told him twice he was hurting me. He punched and slapped my back and feet! The next day my skin was sore; not muscle soreness cause he did massage my muscles. Just punched and painfully rubbed my skin. Place is not clean and I didn’t have a massage by a trained professional. Won’t return

Excellent massage and very reasonable. My wife and I have been coming here for years and it is always a great experience and the people are so nice especially Jenny. Jenny is really the best and she give the most incredible massage.

I did a walk in visit for 60 minute reflexology. The place is clean with oriental classical music playing. The reflexology chairs are out in the open. The table massages are in private rooms with a dark curtain separating them from the rest of the store. The chair massages are in the front of the store so basically everyone walking by can see you. The prices are very affordable! The person I had did a good job, but his customer service skills were lacking (sighing, answering his phone, and generally seemed like he would rather be some place else). There are other therapists there so maybe experiences can vary. I am not sure if they take appointments if you find someone you like. My treatment was good. You are not paying $150+ for a 60 minute reflexology in an expensive spa.so keep that in mind. The noise from people walking by in the mall comes inside the store, but we know that going into this.

This place was awful.
I went in july i was on vacation i wanted a relaxing massage.i got totally the opposite.the guy who massaged me was very rough.seemed like he didnt like his job
And was very side tracked.at the end of my massage he slammed my back like he was trying to crack my back.now i have pain everyday in my back and sternum.i should sue.not sure how to go about it.may discuss with a lawyer i would not recommend this place at all it was very scary.

Absolute worst massage place EVER, for starter, they made fun of me for the way I dressed and I could tell because they kept speaking another language and laughing at me, on top of that, I only ordered 1 hour bed massage, some other guy came in and asked me if I wanted a foot massage also, he never mentioned it would cost extra until after I said yes, they also gave me foot fungus and I believe they did this on purpose (because of the way I dress and I guess they just didn’t like me?) after the $80 massage that felt like a $20 massage because they barely even rubbed my back or feet, they also forced me to give them a tip, I said no thanks because I wasn’t satisfied but he kept yelling louder and louder “TIP, TIP, TIP” these people are super judgmental, make you pay for more than what you wanted, give you foot fungus from the lack of hygiene, and force you to tip, if you don’t wanna waste your money and get laughed at for literally anything, DO NOT GO HERE THEY WILL SCAM YOU, THEY MAKE YOU TIP, MAKE YOU GET MORE THAN WHAT YOU WANTED, AND THEIR NOT NICE, DO NOT GO HERE!

IT IS A HUGE SCAMM! I only ordered a 30 min table and they asked if I wanted a foot massage and didn’t tell me it would be an EXTRA $30 UNTIL AFTER I SAID SURE, the back massage was mid, didn’t even feel good and just when you thought the scam was over (the extra massage) THEY ALSO FORCE YOU TO TIP, if you don’t tip, they get mad and start yelling, I have never hated someone more in my life, NEVER COMING BACK HERE and I hope people see this review and do the same because they are SCAMMERS, they are MEAN, and they don’t deserve to be in a business at all, they don’t even do their job correctly and force you to pay more than what you wanted, DO NOT FALL FOR THE SCAM!

Today was the second time I’ve gotten horrible service here! I got a 30 min table massage and he had a huge attitude, he kept being aggressive and grunting. Every time he asked me something he was shouting and being aggressive. He kept massaging the left side of my neck and shoulder but not my right. I stopped the massage 2 times to ask him not to massage my lower back just my shoulders and upper neck. Which he didn’t… he kept sitting on the table practically on top of me, and every time he moved my arms he might as well have been trying to throw them. Not to mention inappropriate body placement and burping…. This was not relaxing, or therapeutic. I would recomend seeing who’s available before agreeing to sit or lay for 30 min to an hour. I left aggravated like the guy that massaged me. Energy transfers- I honestly don’t know why I didn’t stop the whole thing and walk out! I probably won’t be back. It’s a shame because I work nearby and this helps when my shoulder flares up.

Update: I just got the 4 hands massage again and it was the best yet! Jenny is so thorough and I feel better than I did before I came in. Thank you!

I’ve been going here for a year…I can’t say enough good things about the people and place. They are so in tune and good at what they do. I rarely have to point out what’s wrong because they always find the spots that are out of whack. I highly recommend the 4 hands massage!

Me and my fiancé come here often. The people are very friendly and the massages are always amazing! It is very convenient and we are happy with the prices. We look forward to more massages from our favorite massage place! Thank you Jennie and the rest of the crew! Would highly recommend!

I love coming here when I am at UTC. Massages are wonderful and relaxing and most of all it’s clean and I watch them change sheets out and sanitize in between customers. Highly recommend!
