I was told I was at the highest amt for vapes but every month would run out of mg’s available to buy vapes. Contacted Dr, was told 9,700mg’s were to be added to my acct at midnight. Went to disp.was told that was a lie. Highest amt is 36,000mgs for vapes if you have a ltr from a Dr stating medical issue. This is how everyone I know has there limits set —at 36,000mgs to not run out of mg’s in your account Dr refused to work with me. Everyone tells me how caring there Dr is & how there Dr works with them. Not here. Woman who represents the office is not helpful at all, she’s the one who lied about my acct & then said come in to the office & complain to Lee if I don’t like it. Cheap for a reason. I wish I went to a different Dr who had Staff that were helpful to their Patients.

Pros: best price for miles in every direction.
Knowledgeable and friendly doctors.
Professional and timely, whether it be in office or through Tele-health.
Cons: Not a one.

Been going here for at least a couple years. Really friendly, also, I missed the appointment and they still got me in. And generally not there very long at all. So I will continue to use them.

Friendly, quick and easy. New patient, in and out in 30 minutes or less including filling out new patient forms.

My experience at the Relief Clinic was very quick, easy and enjoyable. From the check in process to the exam. All questions were answered in a way where it was easy to understand. We dropped off the information at 3pm today with the promise that my wife’s stuff would be immediately entered and activated that day. Supposed to receive a call and a email by 4: 30. They close at 4.5pm comes, no email or call. It’s Friday and they’re closed until 3 pm Monday. So much for paying for same day activation. Not very professional.

The experience was fast, informative, and pleasant. I got an appointment the same day! They made sure I was comfortable and knowledgeable, and that I didn’t have any questions.

I loved that I was able to contact them over text messaging to confirm details, and the appointment was through video- super convenient.

The folks at the Relief Clinic make getting your med card renewed as easy as it should be. Very friendly and professional!

Had a great experience! I work full time and am busy even in my down time so this was GREAT to be able to take care of my visit by phone. I got a copy of my New card sent to my phone till my physical one shows up in mail. GREAT GREAT GREAT!

I delt with a practitioner in Maine who helped me get a Medical Marijuana Card. They were personable, professional and punctual. They have a great system that preempts any confusion.
I've done my homework and asked around. The price and service is better than any other that I've even heard of. I wish more things were as well managed.
