Relish - Big Tasty Burgers!, Jacksonville FL

I just updated this review from five Stars to 3. This place has gone downhill. Food used to be consistent and above mediocre.
And now has turned into just above trash.

Fantastic service, incredibly well done burgers, and a choice of toppings that will keep you returning to test out more combos. Only wish they had had a dedicated fryer for fries (I have a Celiac in the house).

Just a wonderful place to get a burger, my wife went to UF many years ago and I was ecstatic to hear about one being built in my area. Been here many many times, quality is always 100%. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Worst wannabe burgers in town

This is by far the best place to grab a burger. It's also not ridiculously expensive like some other burger places. The staff was very patient my first time there (I was taking forever because of all of the options). I especially love the options for different patties. I will definitely be coming back for more.

I really liked the burger I got here, the staff seemed a little overwhelmed though... Being short handed seems to be commonplace nowadays.

Pretty solid burger. Got the double tasty with egg and bacon. A Lil extra protein for after a good workout. Was really good

If you are tired of the big chains burgers getting smaller, this is a great place to go. You choose your toppings, your condiments, it really is a great change of pace, with all the taste. The fries were good and the Cajun seasoning I threw on there was good too.

I wanted to give it a chance! I did! It's out of my system and now I won't go back!

The servers/ workers are less than friendly.
They are certainly overpriced.
The food is just ok. They give mushrooms (raw) as a topping! That was weird! But they are just another 5 guys remake. 5 guys still taste better. My only great take away is that they do have their patties are a little bigger than 5 guys and they also have more options. For example I can order my burger with an egg. You can't do that in 5 guys! But this part I didn't understand, my upgrade to combo was $4.95, fries and drink, however when I ordered the sweet potato fries, I was charged an additional amount for them- but wait; why would they up charge me for more. Not fair and to be even less fair- they served a small amount for an up charge on the up charge. Nice little spot But to come back- NAH!

The burger was so good. Just enough meat on the bun. I loved it. This was my first time eating here. Will be going back.

I had the salmon burger and sweet potato fries. It was delicious. Will definitely visit again and again. Customer service was great. The environment was clean and felt very welcoming. Can’t wait to come back and try the turkey burger and a milkshake.

Build your own burger. Simple and delicious. Stuck in town for a day and ate here 3 times. Absolutely no complaints. If you like burgers you will love this place!

My favorite burger place in Jacksonville. I like that it has plenty of options for burger toppings and sauces. Very good, lots of flavor.

Came in as soon as they opened and they helped a whole line of people within 15 min. The food was delish and it was very clean/organized in the kitchen
