Would Not Recommend Ray w/ REMAKESTONES service to anyone.
Back in March I paid Ray with Remake Stones $3000 for my husbands Jovan Richo‘s monument. I showed him where my husband is laid. The monument was supposed to be done in May then again on June 19,2022.
We are now @ July 21,2022 I have not heard from him nor his wife Shike in over a month in regards to the Monument which they claim was in process of being completed. Ray’s wife Shike gave a 6-8 week date after previous date. Now I nor the Bank has been able to reach them. I have filed a complaint with the BBB, here on their Bogus Business page and on Facebook. Which they have either Removed or Blocked.
However, I will CONTINUE TO MAKE PEOPLE AWARE OF THE SCAM THE ARE RUNNING AND THE TYPE OF BUSINESS THEY CONDUCT.
Back in June when monument was supposed to be ready Ray had someone contact me stating the top portion had been done.
It is a month later and again I have not heard from Ray, his Wife Shike or his assistant whom he had to contact me with a lie.
I WILL CONTINUE TO LET PEOPLE KNOW THE TYPE OF BUSINESS THEY ARE CONDUCTING!
I have FILED A COMPLAINT HERE under my husband’s account, BBB (although they Are NOT BBB ACCREDITED) and Facebook!
I will Continue to File complaints and Next step is to File Civil Suit against Ray, his wife & Business.
If You Don’t Want to Be Scammed like I have I Would Advise You NOT TO USE THEIR SERVICE!
