Remedy Intelligent Staffing / ResourceMFG, Jacksonville FL

Hi, I've been working with Remedy in a company for 2 years and 4 months, so far so good thanks Remedy

I have been calling this office all week and have left messages after messages and no one has returned my calls! On top of that they normally pay us on Thursday but today not on of my co workers has gotten paid! Can't even get through to ask about your payroll

Nobody ever answers the phone. Hasn't for the past few weeks. So I will be looking into the other location on Normandy instead.

I highly recommend this company and at this location. I had a very good experience. Everyone behaved professionally. Nicole Rim was awesome! Even though I was applying for a position, she looked over my resume and had a position open that was better suited to me. She was very supportive and showed interest in me. I absolutely loved the job assigned to me and the people I worked with. When I need to look for employment again I will definitely come here.

I highly recommend this company. I was working for another company and I kept getting the running around about getting hired on for months so I decided to start looking for a job or temp.company that would be able to work with the hours and the pay I was needing. I went to my interview for Remedy and got everything I was looking for that day. Ms. Nicole Rim worked her magic and she stay in contact with me throughout that day to keep me informed of everything. I greatly appreciate it.

Remedy on south side has never denied me employment! I am so very thankful for Ms. Zoey Flores & Nicole Rim for allowing me and believing in me, to represent their company. Where I am placed right now I am blessed!

I first applied and then went for what they call remedy open interview basically group of people coming together and each person goes in and does their interview I waited for 3 hours before I went inside and ones I went inside they told me they don’t have any positions available they are going to call me when they have job openings and after that day I never heard anything back from them I tried calling them multiple times and no one would answer the phone I emailed them too and they didn’t answer that either. I hope that Remedy Close down business because they have wasted my time and i’m sure many other people time. DONT WASTE YOU TIME WITH THEM

This place is very unprofessional. They never answer the phones or return calls. I have Nicoles personal phone number and she wont return calls either. To bad there is no negative stars to award this place.

The worst staffs, The worst Temp agency of Remedy in Jacksonville area. They only sending you to the job that you didn’t apply for. Online there are a lots of jobs opening, but when you’re there in the office they say nothing is available. They tell you that the jobs is filled with people who’s with more qualifications than you, then a months later the position is opening again? Bad judgment

Was told to text office and they have never answered a text back. This office has serious serious problems with communication.

Nicole Rim is very helpful and professional. She helped me find my dream job when all the other staffing companies could not. I appreciate all that she has done and continues to do. I highly recommend her to all friends and family. Thank you!

Just moved here and trying to find a job. They, like all other staffing agencies around here constantly claim they have nothing available but post online new jobs. When you call nobody ever answers the phone and they never call you for a job. Thanks for wasting my time!

I had a bad experience and I will never go to remedy again in my life. I have the right to decline 10.00 an hour. The attitude I received was really ugly I will never go to the location on phillips hwy again in my life end of story.

I have called this place over 25 times since 9am I don't have a car to just pop up over there and no money for the bus and I stay on the north side of Jacksonville this place is on the south they email me for two days seeing If i want one out of three jobs i told them yes went to open house just to get told it's not up to them the place I want to work at have to interview me again. I don't get it that's what remady is there for to do all that for them anyway they suck at haveing order at this location very bad

This place has work most of the time but sometimes they don't always have what your looking for but I will say that they try to place you as soon as they have work. Contacting them by phone is a pain in the but and it's best to just show up if you really want work. Overall the staff is helpful and friendly.

Got a job in less than a week after applying. They move quickly with getting you employeed. I would recommend them to anyone!

Love Remedy, never let me down.but don't accept metronics jobs. 2 years, in vane.to much work for a poor salary, and hard to get hired by the Company.

The process was tiring and repetitive, but they WILL find you employment; so, do just grin and bear it. "DO WHAT YOU GOTTA DO! "
