Renaissance Boca Raton Hotel

Carlos the manager has gone above and beyond to make sure my crew of men and I all have a comfortable stay away from home. The front desk staff has been amazing the hospitality is impeccable everytime we stay here Victor, Laylynn, Marcia and Fernando make sure we have an excellent experience we really enjoy the fresh cookie and water that are provided at the front desk also beverages with a fruit and cheese board @430. I highly recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Number 1, no food & Beverage other then coffee, bed was so uncomfortable I had to stay 1 day and go to a real hotel, no one asked you how your stay was just plain horrible, kids in the middle of the night yelling in the hall ways, I am I can write a book I my stay

Very poor experience will not be staying here again, most of the building is under heavy construction, the service is terrible and I was not able to use all of my devices, the bedrooms were pretty outdated but well kept

I was disappointed about there being no pool. The staff is what made my stay.worth it. Gabe at the front desk offered a lot of useful knowledge about the area.

It's should be closed while they are in renovation. The breakfast is very limited, only one item per person. The attention is bad, pool is closed, parking is a mess, no restaurant. Free wifi is the worst and to get a decent wifi you have to pay 10$ per day. The cleaning personal touch your items in the room. A horrible experience so far.

Excellent staff. Two days after checking out I discovered that I had left a new IPAD in the room I stayed at. The front desk staff was holding on yo it. I am very grateful!

The room was very clean, and the pool area is very relaxing I’m always greeted with a smile when I walk through the entrance

If you haven’t come to the tiki bar, been greeted by the illustrious Tony…you haven’t lived. This is home away from home for me and my son. Great atmosphere, amazing people.the only reason I come and stay at the hotel…Tony. Have a drink. Say Stacey sent ya ;)

Went today for the first time
Beautiful, clean, friendly staff, friendly service. Bartender was great. Would definitely come back! Thank you for a great experience! First hotel since covid!

My Job booked this hotel for me, upon arrival the front desk asked for my debt card. Me thinking this was for strictly for collateral I handed it to them. They proceed to charge me for it instead of charging my company's card that was already on file, claiming they didn't see it at the time. They made me have my company send an authorization that they will pay for it (even though they obviously would considering the company card was on file). I still do not have my refund it being a whole day later as I have to wait for an accountant to come in tomorrow and sort the details. I don't even know if the refund will be instantaneous. I am stuck here with no money as they incorrectly charged me but they are saying I can get food at the good but way overpriced, especially for my budget, restaurant attached and charge it to the room and settle that for after I get my refund. The human beings are good people and I will not take that away but Jesus they wiped my budget clean and seem to not care nor have any understanding as to how this has ruined a vacation. They have not extended a helping hand given my situation or anything else and just play the wait and see game.

My visit at this property was made extra special by the front desk person GiGi and the lobby attendant RoRo. Both of them went out of their way to take care of me, and truly made me feel like a VIP. I am sure that they are an asset to their employer. Thank you!

I really wish I had stayed a few more days. This property is so lovely!

The staff was cordial and inviting. They provided plenty of details when we checked in. It was a stellar welcome.

The pool area with the tiki bar is so convenient. Nothing against those Florida beaches, but I'll skip the traffic. There's plenty seating around the pool and also a hot tub. Towels are also available along with some outdoor games.

The room is so comfy as is the general lobby areas. This hotel was made for guests to lounge and relax. I'll definitely be back for another visit.

Very nicely laid out however too much noise inside the room from other guest doors closing and from super loud toilets in every room (the kind where you push down the handle like in the airport). I'm talking about hearing neighboring rooms toilet noise - it is that loud.

This is a run-down facility. The lobby has been renovated, but the rest of the rooms and common area are in very poor condition. It smells of mildew, fresh paint was put on old broken doors, wall paper applied over mushy bathroom walls, crusty sink faucets, and the pool was green. We cancelled future reservations and won’t stay there again. We were very disappointed in the quality of this hotel.

Reasonable prices for a spacious and clean room. The pool area is absolutely gorgeous, with a hot tub and a tiki bar. A nice place to getaway for the weekend if you're local. Perfect place for a vacation stay in East Boca.
