Renaissance Orlando Airport Hotel

Definitely everyone should stop supporting this place. I was a guest and I saw how the house keeper supervisors mistreated some of the employees. They are screaming and verbally abusing them all the time.

Shame on you!

These old women are crazy, how can you even hire people like that?

On a 24hr layover #Frontier put up in this hotel. Very nice and clean and the best rest in the comfortable bed was much needed I would love to come back just for the room and service️

Great covered sitting area outside for smokers. Nice rooms and bedding. Netflix on TV which is a plus along with showtime and a couple of other streaming services. Pictures are of room 543 which is a corner room. Friendly staff.

Cons- no food was available on premises. They have a pantry but the selections were all terrible. Nothing fresh or even frozen. Walking off the premises is a pain. You can see the road but it's fenced in so you have to walk around a lake to get out.

My coffee maker was broken. I told the staff and they didn't seem to care.

The only good thing I encountered was the room being pretty clean for the time I was here. Overall experience was ok and nothing out of the ordinary. Parking is $16 for a controlled access lot that was honestly pretty messy and had trash thrown in what seemed like to be everywhere for the time I was here. While on property I went to ask one of the housekeepers here (I think her name was Yolanda from what I could make out of her name tag from when I had previously seen her) for additional toiletries and instead overheard her entire phone call as she was on her phone as she worked and had her phone on speaker while on a call with what seemed like to be another housekeeper so I just went back into my room where you could still hear her.

Good, clean hotel, close to the airport, whole bunch of restaurants and the service is still very good. My room was spacious and comfortable, the bed was plush and I slept well in it.
The only drawback is that they have only pay parking and the front area doesn't even have temporary parking spots to check in or for a quick visit. Finding an open parking spot was a challenge too.

Probably one of the worst Renaissance hotel's I have stayed at. The rooms have updated decor but the room itself shows alot of wear and tear from the rusted bathtub and fixtures to the peeling wallpaper. Staff also really short and rude. The shuttle driver even hung up on me twice. I only gave 2 stars because the beds are extremely comfortable.

Perfect overnight stay. Recently renovated. The bar and restaurant are very good and looks very luxurious. Staff are extremely courteous and treat you like if you were from royalty family.

Very Clean, spacious, couldn't ask for a better staff. Found nothing negative at all about our stay here just down from the airport. We will be back!

This is solely based on the location, the airport shuttle and the cleanliness of the rooms. I can’t speak to the food areas as they were closed during my stay. But the shuttle was quick going both to and from MCO, its about a 3 minute drive, the rooms were clean and tidy with a fridge and microwave (always a plus). It was a pleasure staying here. There’s lots of dining options near the hotel within walking distance if you don’t have a car.

We did not stay at the hotel, we used the long term parking with shuttle to the airport. We felt that the car was safer there than in a long term parking lot, which it was. However, before we left for the airport I asked valet what time is the last pickup from the airport, he said 2AM. We had a late flight coming home, so I wanted to be sure we would have a way of getting to the car.
Let me say the ride to the airport was great and driver was very friendly.
The day before our return trip, I called the shuttle service to let them know that the flight would be later, never once did she say that they stop at 2AM, she said do the best you can.
Well, we were late, I called when we landed, she said to get there as soon as you can we stop at 2AM. I explained to her that that was not was I was told. As a result we missed the shuttle and had to spend more $$ for a taxi.
My advise is, be careful as to when you are travelling back, you may not get to your car in time.

Customer service was exceptional. The hotel was clean the rooms were a comfortable size and the bed was very comfy and clean

CAUTION!
I stayed here back in Sept. They put the standard misc hold on my card. S month later my card was being used by them again. I spoke with several employees the said they didn't have any information. Sent them a screenshot of charge. They denied it. Idk if they are running some kind of scam after hours or what. Just be sure to set your notifications and check your activity if you stay here.

I never purchased anything in your hotel. I certainly didn't visit your bar. Had my card for Bonvoy purchases. This is shameful the General Manager would answer a response with a blatant lie. HAVE YOU NO SHAME SIR!
CAUTION

Ivan and David at bar were amazing. There was one really rude girl at the front desk though but that doesn’t ruin the whole experience of the hotel.

Beautiful Hotel, great staff, & when I fly out of Florida, I always park here. Very quick to get to the Orlando Airport.

Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, and nicely decorated lobby. Super convenient to and from mco airport. Will stay again next time I’m in town. Thanks!

The hotel is very nice; the rooms are quiet and comfortable. The only thing holding back 5 stars is your gym. I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times and told the front desk about the AC, or lack thereof, in the gym. The result is that it smells atrocious and feels stuffy. Please fix this terrible odor. Thank you.

As a Bonvoy Platinum I'd stay elsewhere.even non Marriott brand.hotel rooms are old and worn out, ac in room can be hit or hit to keep room cool, front desk staff on average is unhelpful and or difficult at best. They best about hotel is lobby.who stays in the lobby that long
