Renn Haus was patient and fair in dealing with my wife in her decision to repair a 2004 BMW 745Li which would not start. The problem ultimately was discovered to be to a bad battery.

I have been doing business with Rennhaus for a number of years now. Started having an issue with my X5 and they were able to properly diagnose the problem and provided a detailed solution. Working with Frank, Brandon, and Preston, we were able to come up with a game plan to take on the extensive project. Kept me up to date throughout and got me back on the road. As always, I appreciate the hard work and dedication to ensure a satisfied customer!

Renn Haus did a great job as always with my Porsche 911. They replaced my faulty water pump, inspected the vehicle and made recommendations to replace the spark plugs and do a front end alignment since the steering wheel was not centered. I had asked the local Porsche dealership about the steering wheel issue and they just ignored it. Renn Haus staff were professional, friendly and fast in turning my car around. You won’t be disappointed with their service.

Very unhappy to have chosen them for my PPI (Pre Purchase Inspection) for my Porsche 911. Wish I had known better. When you are an inexperienced buyer and you are hot about a car, they need to be the cold heads that get paid to tell you the honest truth about it. They were super nice and great to work with but that did not help my car to be a good choice. I doubt they even took the car for a drive.
Update: Thanks for your response. I even hesitate if you were favoring the selling party for some hidden purpose. 1 year later and after asking 3 times, you never put in writing the result of the inspection nor send me the report. I see why you did not want to commit to put in writing the great things I was told about the car on the phone that turned not to be true.
I found later while detailing with time that my car had been repainted poorly, you did not check paint depth, rear bumper chips with a different color underneath under the rear wheel well indicate change of bumper under a clean carfax, not checked the engine number to rule out IMS potential issues, had very few excrements of rodent close to the battery with no issues, Rear trans seal leaking, wheel bearings bad, rear axel seals bad, rear wheel wells with rust on the body, main hose cracking, wheels painted not powder coated, Keys falling apart, interior is peeling everywhere, etc.
I was better off without your professional super confident reassurance that it was a good car.
Took me a lot of time, money and work to sort things out of my first dream car.

Good communication. I appreciate the little extras and that they prioritize the repair options so I can pick what I feel is impprtant. They are not agressive about selling me repairs, but they are effective at keeping my 23 year old Boxter S running like new.

I have a rare1995 540i M Sport BMW with EDC shock absorbers. RENN Haus took a set of rear cores that I acquired through the M Sport Group, shipped them to Nagengast in Gdansk Poland who rebuilt the two rears and took care of all shipping, customs and rebuild cost. They arrived back in the USA and RENN HAUS quickly removed the pair on the car and installed the refurbished ones in less than a day. The car rides superbly once again. I highly recommend RENN HAUS to perform maintenance on your high performance vehicle.
