If I could give them zero stars, I would. Very frustrating to work with Renovations. Please think twice before hiring this company.

Terrible service. I have been trying to reach the property manager or assistant manager for my community all week. I have called and sent multiple emails copying several people at the company and no one responds. The receptionist tries her best to relay information but I still have no logical explanation for why my gate decal does not work after 5 business days. The consensus among residents in our community is that this is the worst management company we have had to deal with and we cannot wait to switch to a company who actually cares to respond to its residents.

This company doesn't resolve any problems they are very unpleasant especially if you're senior citizen.they are rough treating you since iam 85 years old they don't care about your complaints I am so disappointed that I will try to sell it my property on 4647 97 court and move to a responsible place where senior will be treated with respect/

I have been working here, helping resident and tenant with problems with A/C.
And the management office always are very friendly and ready to help to provide quick and best solution for the residents.

In my experience, Begoña Bethancourt is a professional, efficient, honest, effective, and kind person, with every desire to help you solve any problem that may arise, with knowledge of the rules and regulations; by phone or in person. Always with a positive attitude and open to listening (a virtue that is very difficult to find today). She is the key to ensuring that everything flows organically in the condominium, complying with the regulations. Thank you

Drove over half an hour to pick up a gate pass (Why can't it be mailed?) And they didn't even want to let me use the restroom

Property management is unprofessional. They're a freaking joke. Flat out disrespectful. Do not recommend. Make you pay for gate transponder, and the gate is always broken. Only 1 person per household is allowed to receive calls from the gate. A joke

Mimi Vynckier provided me with great customer service, she was professional and knowledgeable.she deserves a raise.
