Rent a Car 4 Less Miami

FRAUD! Do not use this car rental company. This car rental company will add fees and charges without informing the consumer and without the consumer's consent. I am in the process of disputing these fraudulent charges and have reported the company to the Florida State Attorney General and the FTC. I expect I'll be suing Rent a Car 4 Less as well. Read the one-star reviews (I certainly wish I had), and avoid this company at all costs!

By far, the best customer service I have experience with a car rental. First, the initial process was amazing. I was sent over an email with step by step (WITH PHOTOS) on where to go, what to do, and how to safely retrieve the car. The gentleman that helped me with the process in the Miami location, Edgar, was a sweet and professional employee that guided me through the process. The day before I had to turn the car in, I received the instructions again in English AND Spanish with photos on how to safely and securely turn the car in. I will 100% return back to rent a car here just for the customer service I have received. My dad's car broke down and I have had to rent a few cars from different locations. I officially found my GO-TO place. Thank you again for the great experience I have received. If you are looking for a car rental place, this is your place to go!

Made my order via Expedia just to find out that this "company" charging additional fee for using my own car insurance. They told me I agreed to it when I accepted their offer, something that never happend.

They also using different name each time, "Right Cars Fort Lauderdale"/"Self Park"/ "Rent a Car" / "Car 4 Less" / "Rent a Car 4 Less"

I will be following up on social media and with Expedia on my experience. This is NOT a reputable company. Their business model is to charge excessive fees. I read all the fine print. Yet, I was charged $140 to use MY OWN insurance. I have car rental coverage through my personal car insurance AND my travel credit card. This company charges daily for sun pass whether or not you use it. And in the end they charged me an additional $250 for cleaning. The car was rented for a week and was returned nearly spotless. There was a small spot on the floor mat where fries fell that could be wiped with a damp cloth. Do NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR FORM OF PAYMENT.

DON'T RENT FROM THEM! They overcharge when you have your own deductible insurance that they list in the fine print and at their kiosk! Charged an extra $35 a day to use my own insurance total $175.
Then they don't let you read the contract your signing.
Also. I signed my name only twice and they have my contract printed out as me signing in over 15 different areas!
No one signs their name exactly the and prefecture the same 15 times!
I'm contacting police for forget bbb and my credit card company!
I suggest anyone who has rented from them to look at their contact and you will discover what I am taking about!
A class action suit needs to be started against them!

Pick Pocket Rental that’s what they should name there company They gonna get you one way are the other I red the terrible reviews and still took the chance make sure I got my own geico insurance plus I bought additional full coverage insurance through economical booking because people said they took there deposit for falls claim.my contract even says O. OO OBSOLUTY no additional payment at the counter they tripple the payment to $500 and 1k deposit saying ima need other types of insurance praying on people desperate fly in from out of state and stranded force to pay extra fees i just canceled and disputed it with my bank and rebook a return flight they try to cut there extra charges in half but I could never feel comfortable doing business are in these thieves cars praying on u to bleed ur pocket for even a tic they hold ur deposit plus have tracker maybe come steel the whole car with the spare keys, furthermore they no why they only operate behind a tv monitoring screen and no customer service in real person is present because they rip off people everyday and of to take extra procauttins Hide behind a tv never seen such desperate act in my life I think I was in a uncivilized third world country I called 2 times and tell them I’m coming all the way from out of state but that’s exactly what there looking for I was even terrified to ride back in there shuttle to the airport door lock from driver side can’t trust a pick pocket

Horrible experience. Rented a Volkswagen on the web site and was given a cheaper Nissan. The Nissan then had issues with the steering locking, warning lights going off for no reason after arriving at my hotel. Then it decides to die on me at universal studios all within only 30 min of operation. Was too late to return same day so went back the next day only to be given a Toyota Corolla which is an even lesser car than even the Nissan when I originally rented A Volkswagen. And on top of all that they had the audacity to charge me full price and charge me for the gas on the malfunctioning Nissan. Do yourself a favor and just rent from a chain rental company this one is horrible.

The worst company that I have seen and done business in my life I wish I could give 0 stars! For 4 hours rental in Miami I ended up paying $110 for the worst and the dirtiest car I drove ever from Rental car company! STAY AWAY!

Please it is very important for you stay away from this company- they attract you with low rates so you feel good and safe and convenient but is only illusion- their business tactics to scare you with insufficient insurance coverage so you need to upgrade it with huge price increase- later once you return the vehicle and drop the key return box and leave property they slap you with imaginary defects that will cost you $500 in my case was smoking smell- I don’t smoke- at all- this is impossible to prove even I took all pictures before and after rental! It is a fraud and false business practices this company represents!
They avoid personal interaction at all times - hardly communicate the issue. Please stay away from them - YOU BE NEXT VICTIM!

This is the second time around I rent a car from this company and both times I received superb customer service. Joel was able to answer all my questions and provide me with a vehicle quickly without any hassles. Would go with them next time around. Highly recommend them.

Similar experience to the rest of the negative reviews, they hide their fees in the terms and conditions. I have rented from other places in the past they don't do this kind of terms and condition scam, I would definitely not recommend. Their practices are not conventional and lure with low price at first but then refer that people did not read the terms and conditions. Not a very professional practice nonetheless.

Please, please stay away from this company, they attract you with low rates so you feel good and safe but it only illusion- they scare you with insufficient insurance so you need to upgrade it with 400% increased in price and than once you return the vehicle and key in box they slap you with imaginary defect that you caused like car is smelling with smoke that will cost you $500 not $50 - I took pictures before and after - it didn’t help to prove that car was smoke free at all times! I feel they business practice is totally based on fraud and extortion!
