If you are in desperate need of something, please don't use this store. Try Great Rooms. They are respectful and will work with you. My main complaint with this company is Kenny. This guy called me Baby not once but a few times and continued to do so when I told him to stop. He was very condescending. I actually paid my account off today and I would never never use them again. They're not even noticed by the BBB. They have over 5000 complaints against them. Please stay clear of this so called company!

Delivery from Joe was great. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Couldn't believe he had to do it all by himself. What I didn't like was his manager when on the phone. I had young children around and he was dropping the F-Bomb like every other word. My children could hear and he wasn't even on speaker. I've never heard a more rude human. Very glad he wasn't in my house. Thought about using Aaron's next time, but Joe made it worth using rent a center.

Joe did a fantastic job delivering merchandise and helped with understanding our contract. Get him a raise for his customer service!

Joseph Medina was very professional when delivering items and did a great job w furniture items.

Will not be renting here again. 100% guaranteed. I have made three payments in less than 2 weeks and am being told I owe 80 more dollars and then another 67 tomorrow. Buyers beware.

Very high prices. I bought a laptop from them. I knew I was paying way too much for it but I was low on cash & needed a new one ASAP. No problems with the laptop and I do keep insurance on it, just in case.

Bad customer service skills they say they're going to do something then it never gets changed you're still paying a high rate

DO NOT SHOP HERE. THEY R CROOKS. THE MANAGER IS A UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGER. 1 DAY LATE AND TRYING TO MAKE US PAY 2 WEEKS. THE STORE MANAGER HUNG UP ON ME MULTIPLE TIMES. PAYMENT AMOUNT IS ALWAYS CHANGING. WE R DUE ON MONDAYS AND TODAY IS TUESDAY SO $5 LATE FEE WHICH IS $35 TOTAL BUT MANAGER PROCEDDED TO TELL ME I HAVE TO PAY 2 WEEKS. THEN I SAID NO THATS NOT WHAT AGREEMENT SAYS AND SHE SAID SHE IS PUTTING IN REQUEST TO PICK UP FURNITURE AND H8NG UP ON ME. I TRIED TO CALL BACK AND SHE HING UP AGAIN. VERY UNPROEFESSIONAL MANAGER. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT SHOP HERE. THEY R RUDE AND CROOKED.

Rent a center in Arburndale Florida is horrible I was late on payment they come to the house when I was at work tried getting in my house my neighbors said and now I have been after them all day to pick it up and they hang up on you not a way to run a business I dont even give them a 1 star if I were u rent somewhere else at least they work with you and are not rude with ya

Scam artists. Rude, unprofessional staff, what they say is new and never used before is an outright lie. Do not go here

Customer of over 10 years won't fix my refrigerator just paid it off in September with benefits plus sent it for repair got back stopped working 5 days later will not send in again customer service sucks
