Manager shouldn’t be calling people the day their payment is due, definitely not on a Saturday morning. Letting her do this will lead you to one less customer and maybe more.

The RAC in Chiefland is fantastic! They came through when my mom needed a special chair after a procedure. It was delivered quick and easy and their customer service is world class. Make sure you work with Ms. Stacey! She is the best! Thank you!

That new manager lady named Stacy is really rude, you need a new manager the way she treats her people are absolutely horrible

I got a PS5 from here and I had it like a month and a half but I’m moving away and couldn’t afford it anymore so I asked them to come pick it up cause I didn’t want it any more. They told me they were short staffed and couldn’t come till the next week and that if I wanted to return it I would have to bring it to the store to them. That’s a 45 minute drive for me!

I’m very disturbed about the way I overheard a manager speaking with a customer, I later found out through asking about merchandise that her name was Terri.she seem to be very disrespectful, and not aware of her surroundings by saying to this nice young couple.that’s what’s wrong with you people why purchase when you can’t afford it. …and I must say they were African American it hurt me to my heart to know that we still see people by color not by human I reached out to them to let them know I myself was very embarrassed and sorry that I had to witness such horrific demonstration of management I am no longer wanting to spend my money with a company that thinks it’s OK to speak to its customers No respect!

I have spent 1000s of dollars at Rent a Center through out the years today i was totally disappointed Amye was longer at the store she was my go to person the best manager they have ever had she would work for her customers getting them what they wanted really going out on the limb working to satisfy them today I felt like a number customer 0 no customer skill period Chiefland is a small town we all know and love Amye at the store bring Amye back

I went into the store today looking for a new living room set the staff greeted me so welcoming. I had the pleasure Getting the help from Mrs. Amye she asked me what I was looking for and I told her a recliner sectional. She immediately showed me one and I fell in love with it she throughout their was I maybe looking for a recliner chair as well and I said yeah I love recliner furniture. So this young lady went above and beyond and went looking for a recliner chair that went with the color I picked with the recliner sectional and found a perfect match. Even went above and beyond loading the recliner chair up for me and my husband will come get the recliner sectional later today. When I say this young lady was so kind so friendly so Edgard to help me find what I wanted and she definitely accomplish what exactly I what I wanted. I definitely recommend going into the store and ask for Mrs. Amye and you won’t be disappointed at all. I’ll definitely keep coming back and getting my help from her. Mrs. Amye you are definitely an amazing person and I thank you so much for going above and beyond and getting what I wanted. If I could add more stars I would give a million stars.

Do not deal with this rent a center.they ignore your request and they will fool around with ur account.do not trust them

Amy at the chiefland store really over did herself. She sold me a whole livingroom set with tables and lamps. She then also delivered the merchandise to me by herself. She did a amazing job and I am really enjoying my new livingroom set. My wife is so happy we chose rent a center. As long as Amy is there I will keep my business here! Everyone go see amy

These guys are absolutely amazing. They work with you if needed. I wouldn't wanna go anywhere else to get stuff. They give you the best options and are always extremely helpful. I love them.

I walked into Chiefland location and wow. Easter eggs hanging from the ceiling looked so nice & festive. Was Greeted by two ladies believe name was amy And Kaitlynn. I didn’t end up buying but will be back when I need anything they were awesome!

My husband and I have gotten many things throughout the years. We have always had great results and worked with Amy. She is the best and has always come through for us.
