Rent-A-Center, Tallahassee FL

I been with Rent-A-Center for some years now never had any problems in purchasing and buying furniture good place to shop just pay on time and you have no problems I bought a recliner set leather brown from Rent-A-Center and it's very nice I purchase bedroom suit dinette set never had no problems if you would like to visit Rent-A-Center on the South Side go visit Craig he's the store owner and he can help you with whatever you need if your order is not right he will fix it run by and check it out

I called around to a couple of store in Tallahassee about delivery and furniture due to still living in my home town I got bad service all day till I call rent a center and Chris answered the phone did a outstanding job with my research and request he went above and beyond to provide exactly customer service. Anyone who is moving call this store before anything and ask for Chris he will get you taken care of in a fast friendly manner.

Too much harassment. They don’t give you a chance I always pay, WHEN I GET PAID! All the calling and knocking is not necessary, lay off. Will not release from them again sorry it’s too stressful.

I have been to a few Rent A Center stores before but this time was different. The staff Chris, Cathy and the whole crew was amazing! They were very helpful and very polite while doing so. Thank you guys for the wonderful customer service.

The staff at rent a center is always helpful in helping you find what you are looking for and if they don't have what your looking for in the store they will look at other stores or even order it for you. They are also very knowledgeable about the products they sell.

Great service, amazing staff, and have a nice selection of furniture, laptops, gaming systems, tv’s and many other things. Just ask for Mr. Scott, he has always done me great.

Great place to shop fast service great prices.store was packed with all kinds of items the staff at this store truly were amazing the sales guy Chris and store manager Scott were more then happy to meet my needs. They are even doing a special order for a dryer for me.they have my business from now on keep up the good work guys

Poor management always says I'm late on payment has several employees and call and not know what they are doing. They have trouble keeping up with correct schedule information as well. When ask a question they either don't know or get their rude manager on the phone and he has no customer service skills at all. I just made payment employee did not tell me it was a late payment no extra fee included and when mentioned manager he continues to be rude on phone so I said come get the stuff
