It was easy to use a quick approval process. I’m happy with my purchase.
Rent a center is usually fine, but this location is terrible. My husband made a purchase online, paid the first payment, and signed on the agreement documents. The website then said to call the store to set up delivery/pick up. The store then said he needed to make another payment that amounted to 3 more weekly payments before he could pick up the product or have it delivered.
Nowhere online does it say that. In fact, the website acknowledged that the next payment wasn’t due until 10/1.
This store refused to honor the online agreement and gave no reasoning accept “we require a full 4 week payment upfront. ”
Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

The new staff at this store is very helpful and really when above and beyond to get me what I wanted. The manager did a special order for me and got me what I wanted much faster then the other company I had been waiting for. I recommend them to everyone.
