6The worst procrastination I've ever experienced. I've been waiting for a delivery since last week. I'm still waiting.i told them I had to be at work at 3pm. It's 2: 16pm and I have to go at 2: 30 catch 2 buses. There follow up don't ask they have none. Mine you I called at 10am this morning to advise them my schedule. There answer was they will be there before that. But they where quick to take my money though I give them that
Terrible service and attention from employees, they have an aggressive tone to make each call and also offend their customers with bad words, they definitely do not have good customer service at all, they need to pay attention to those details because they need more trained people to provide good Customer Support.
We are a deaf family and tried to get product here. After a while and some checking background etc they said denied. Denied. Denied. I asked why? Do I owe anything. They flat out keep saying denied. Terrible and feels like we are being pushed out.
HORRIBLE calls for a a whole week for them to pick their furniture they kept lying about we going today like really? Rude old manager thinks he's trump n the lady is crazy! This store needs to be closed down they make rent a center look super bad
This place keeps calling me EVERYDAY looking for a Garcia. I keep telling them that they have the wrong number.and still the phone calls keep happening! I will be pursuing this legally now.
Awful experience wanted a ps4 paid the money never got a call to come get it or anything. I requested a refund went somewhere else and had no problem getting one and it was a lot cheaper. Never again with these people
