He is also fast paced at getting what you need! I will continuously make this store the store I come to for the items I need because of him no matter their distance from my home. They helped me out right before my surgery. I wanted a laptop to pass the time in healing and they told me to come right in. The process was painless and it all worked out great.
After my sales representative DJ left to go home as soon as I arrived at 6pm. Capone took care of me, made me really happy with my purchase. Explained everything about the lease and took the time to answer all my questions. Capone should get credit for my lease not someone that blew me off!
My cousin purchased a set of two couches and a recliner from this company, they have fought her tooth and nail on accepting the returns and pausing the payments as they advertise. My cousin is now moving on Monday and has to get rid of the merchandise because Rent a Center will not honor their policies. She is a mother of three, and pregnant; and they still wont honor what they advertise. Do not go here.
I can say that i ve been with renter center for years on and off and this is the first time that i can say i had very great service capone you are the best and chris the manger as well you both help me out.capone is very good at what he do for communcation wise and help customers out when needed i give 5 stars to him and kudos as well
It seemed very easy and reassuring that we could just rent it for a week or so for $10 when they are so expensive to buy brand new so thank you rent a center you guys are the bomb
