This store is trash! Go to aarons! They tryed to charge me foe an computer that was hacked and didn’t get to use! The manager is rude and entitled with no understanding at all
Requested a phone call from the store manager almost every day for about a week and a half and till today I have not received a phone call. Hope there customers service gets better.
Avoid at all costs! This is the most unprofessional store I have ever dealt with at RAC. I have rented from other states and have never had the issues that we have had here! Called and placed order was told everything was good for Monday delivery. Got a call back a couple hours later that couch was not in stock and that they were going to find one at a different store and would let us know if they could not locate. No problems there it happens. Don't hear from them the next two days. Delivery day rolls around we get a call that morning that they just found the couch and had to go pick it up but should still be delivered that day. 2 pm comes and still no communication so we call to make sure all is still good. Assured yes it will be here. 530 still no word so we try calling the store which closes at 6. No answer. We call a few times as we had plans and needed to know if we needed to be here for them. No answer. Call the next day shortly after opening again no answer. I suspected it was due to the caller ID and call from my son's phone number. Imagine that.they answer for an unknown number. Manager states he knows who we are and we will be the first delivery today. We are not difficult people and realize things come up, but would like communication if things are not going as planned. As I said I have dealt with RAC in multiple states for multiple items and never experienced this level of unprofessionalism and lack of communication. Store manager is unorganized and lacks customer service. If you want your items when promised or want a business that will communicate, avoid this location. Had to place a call to corporate. We will see if our items arrive today and in the condition described.
Unprofessional, no call backs and they have no idea where orders are in there store. Had a couch for delivery that they messed up twice! Tried talking to the manager in charge and he had no clue what was going on in his store. Still have yet to receive our stuff and paid about 800 twice because they messed up our stuff and couldn't find it. Would recommend you use someone more reliable and cheaper!
Literally the worst service ever. I ordered a brand new couch and even called to confirm that they had the couch I wanted. The day of delivery, the couch was just magically gone. The gentleman that called assured me they had a slightly used almost brand new couch with no damage that they could deliver that day. The couch that was delivered was VERY damaged! Multiple rips that had been sewn up, deep scratches and smelled sickly sweet like someone doused it in air frantic freshener. That same guy called my husband and informed him that someone would be out within two days to deep clean the couch for free. Never happened. I called two days later to inquire about the cleaning and reworking my contract because I was still paying for a brand new couch. I was told the store manager would call me back. Again never happened. Now we’re five weeks in where Ive had to have the couch deep cleaned myself, still paying for a brand new one when I have a used couch. So I call Tuesday to have the couch returned because I’ve replaced it with a better one from somewhere else and I’m still told “someone will call me back” Today I called because of course no one has called me and I’m told by the literal SAME person that I spoke to on Tuesday Iyanna that she doesn’t remember speaking to me and they’ll pick the couch up today. Smh AVOID this store at all costs. The customer service is terrible. I’ll be contacting the corporate office shortly
Would never go here. The driver abrubly stops in the middle of the park like lot, jumps out and flips me a bird because i honked. Wouldn’t do business without th them.
Easy rental however getting item picked up was TERRIBLE. 3 calls and 3 days waisted waiting for them to show up. 0 communication from the store. Had to call the Corp.complaint department and within minutes, they are coming to pick up. Whomever is in charge there probably shouldn't be.
Management and employees are always attentive to our needs. They go above and beyond to find what we need.
They tried people bery nice, helps you grt ehat you csn affort.
