2 years waiting on a table top they were supposed to order and have never received a call that I wouldn’t be getting it. Purchased a floor model table which broke due to the wear and tare from the screws that hold up the legs. Won’t recommend this Rent-A-Center.

Even my husband drove me nuts they still had great customer service and were very patient

Refusal to pick up appliances until payment is made. What happens when the landlord takes possession of the property? She’s not going to return the appliances I can guarantee that! Will never do business with this company again. There are other companies.

This place couldn't be better.
They've worked with me when I was looking for an assisted recliner for my father. They found a couch that was great that the family loves.
They have delivered and assembled every piece of furniture we have ordered from them and always with a smile and are extremely professional.
