Rent King - Riverview

We rented a piece of furniture for a short time. The service was great, as well as the rental. Will definitely use Rent King on Gibsonton Drive in Riverview again.

Adrian was awesome. He got me a memory foam mattress for a great price. He was awesome and you don't get many employees like that. He deserves a raise and a promotion and he's at the store in Riverview, Florida. I definitely recommend that you deal with him. He's a great person. Thank you so much Adrian I really appreciate everything that you did for me.

Hello talk about fast Turn around on a Office chair made by Coaster. Yes Alex from Rent king came to the Rescue and got the deal done we cant be Happier. Alex made this happen and the turn around time was less then 24 hours. Great job Riverview Rent king The Little family

Some of the best customer service I receive. Xavier and Angel were outstanding guys, came in professionally set everything up and made sure everything was good before they left. They literally brought tears to my wife's eyes. If you haven't been to rent king, where have you been?

The guys in the store are always pleasant and helpful. Want to call out Angel and Xavier for being super helpful and professional delivery guys. They came to my house prior to the sale and removed all the furniture I had with Rent King and then delivered it to my new home. The new house was full of boxes and stuff everywhere from our move and unpacking. They were patient and understanding of everything, worked around boxes and belongings and got a living room, and three bedrooms all setup and ready to go before my kids came home from school. Outstanding job!

Never again I would rent to own from rent king. I got a table set from them and they brought me the wrong item. They told me it was their mistake and that with the actual table I would keep the same payment for the actual item I actually purchased with them. Once I get the table the payment goes up every 2 weeks. When I asked why the payment went up how they made it seem is that I decided to change my item at last minute so I am paying another price that is similar to the monthly payment. I lost my job and had to get surgery twice and explained to them about it and they have been giving me a hard time. Honestly if I was asked to recommend them to anyone that is definitely a no. How they treat people and lie to people and try to scam people is wrong. I haven’t made my payment because I thought my last check would arrive a certain date and it didn’t they want to try to take it to legal for felony. I made them come pick table up. DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE LIE AMD SCAM YOU FOR MORE MONEY.

I had an exceptional experience with Lys and Tony. I was greeted as soon as I entered. Both employees operated in a down to earth, professional manner and made me feel at home. They addressed why I came in, and I was able to take advantage of a current promotion the company was running. I’m the question lady, and they both had accurate answers and were patient with me. If in the area, it’s a must you stop by and recieve the same great service I did. Blessings to both employees in all their endeavors.
