Very professional in everything they do, thanks to them my daughter, my son and I left Cuba in 2004. They went to pick us up in Cuba on a private plane with about 6 people of which there were only 5 plus the pilot and the Stewardess, to God and to the Balarts I attest and thank them for bringing us out of that hell today, my daughter is a distinguished Criminal Prosecutor Attorney of the United States.

Yesterday, Friday, I went to the office of said congressman to deliver a letter requesting help from said congressman. The attention at the reception was disastrous. The boy who was there opened my letter and read it in front of the others. He said that they couldn't do anything and I said sorry, I am delivering this letter because I am a citizen of this country. I trust this man to read my letter and that he is the only one who gives me a negative or positive answer. I don't think you have that right nor obligation to do so
The way that boy acts in that real office leaves a lot to be desired. We as citizens went to have at least better treatment and not in that vulgar way of opening a letter that was not his place to read it in front of others. That leaves a lot to be desired, however I told him to leave that letter and I need that man to read it, not exactly you, the lack of professionalism of the staff that serves the population who come to that office, I left that place totally disappointed and I think they should better analyze the people who care for the staff that comes to your aid and that you probably don't even know about, thanks

This man needs to RESIGN. I read in Time Magazine how he is attempting to whitewash history! It is despicable and he is a DISGRACE to all Latinos in the United States. SHAME.

I had an issue with my doughters passport, 13 weeks waiting on its arrival, and still haven't received the passaport.the passport agency didn't have any appointments to give me to at least go in and pay for same day passport service since I travel on this Saturday coming up.
