Reserve at Lake Irene, Casselberry FL

I’ve been apartment hunting for a while now and after looking at these apartments, I am very happy. One of the first things that caught my eye was how clean the apartments are. A majority of the other places I’ve seen have been dirt filled. To recommend everyone looking for apartments to give them a call. The staff was super friendly, helpful, and patient with all my questions!

I went to see the apartments and the staff were very friendly, the office very clean and the areas and pool very clean.

Excellent service, the property is very nice, centrally located, I have the 417 very close, as is the I-4. Everyone in the office is very friendly, attentive, as is the maintenance team. Delighted with my apartment

It is a good place to live and for kids the staff is really helpful and so are the other residents

Been here a few months & so far have had great experiences. First, my faucet was leaking and maintenance tech Tony came out & fixed it for us. After that it was our AC. The office has been professional and courteous with us. So far, great experience being a resident here.

I hate that I even have to write a review here after having such a good relationship with the old property management. After this new management came in, it has been horrible. I have been with no AC since Aug 1st, now I have urine smell from the upstairs neighbor seeping through my walls. Not to even mention the way the property manger had dealt with me! Very unprofessional and the way she spoke to me, raising her voice at me with such disrespect as if I was a child. I definitely would not recommend anyone moving here until they know how to act professional and deal with their tenants with a professional manner.

ITS FUNNY HOW YOU WROTE ME AND SENT THE MAINTENANCE TEAM TO MY APARTMENT ON AUG 16th AFTER I SENT MY 60 DAY NOTICE I’ve been dealing with this issue since AUG 1st. All the work orders i filled out was sent back to me saying (work order) was complete which that was a lie because the maintenance couldn’t found out the issues. And your maintenance team was denied YESTERDAY (the only time was denied NOT TWO because it took y’all to send them out AFTER I sent my 60DAY NOTICE to the office AND THE ONLY PERSON THAT NEEDS TO BE PROFESSIONAL IS THE PROPERTY MANAGER talking to the residents with NO RESPECT!

Maintenance is always professional and prompt with work orders (Luis Rodriguez is respectful Thank you for everything you do).

The property looks super good, very clean and the employees are very friendly, and I spoke to an employee about a question and I was very well oriented.

The complex itself is super clean and beautiful, i was greeted with wonderful and caring staff at the office

Property has changed in the last four months grounds look good pools look excellent and the office staff is doing a wonderful job along with maintenance

I love that the neighborhood is quiet and calm. I like how spacious the rooms are! Overall I really enjoy living here

I’ve lived here for over 3 years now; it is nice and decently quiet with it being tucked back off the two main roads. Maintenance is always quick and kind, and they keep up with the amenities and trash around the complex pretty well. Overall, been a pretty good place to live and would recommend.

I love this apartment complex! The staff's honesty and friendliness, along with the ease of the application process, are great attributes. It's also wonderful that maintenance issues are addressed promptly. My morning walks and the variety of fun activities, as well as the food trucks, seem to make the complex even more enjoyable. Overall, is a fantastic place to live! Carrie M.is the best she will walk you every step of the process.

Moved here in June, and very please quiet and clean the neighborhood is (as i love taking), The staff is friendly and very helpful with any questions or concerns. The apartments are roomy and amenities are nice.

I recently had my ac go out and didn’t think it would get resolved quickly as we are experiencing the hottest month on record and other residents are without ac but maintenance came out quickly and was able to solve the problem right away.

Went to see the property it looked very clean and an employee by the name of Luis was very helpful with information and making sure I went to the correct place
