The room was great! We loved it! The only downside to the room we had was the AC. It wasn't making the room cold enough and we placed the temperature at 65°

Very clean, nice spot for the family and alot more chilled than I expected. Rooms have everything u need to have a large family stay.

Love it. Great Staff. Free available parking. Wi-Fi. Free breakfast in the morning includes coffee cereal boiled eggs orange juice and apple juice. Pool is clean and there's a basketball court. Full kitchen so you can make all your favorite meals. Love it.

First of all in these times of Covid, you would think they cleans the room. I was tooled by staff that you have to request your room to be clean within seven days of being there I only Was staying for the weekend. The first day I was stay I was out all day came back to a dirty room, and no clean towels. The next morning I went downstairs for breakfast and forgot my mask I was ask to get my or buy one to get the breakfast, than was told
If I didn’t get a mask I would be escorted off the facility, now I. Ok I understand about C-19 and all but Did she have to take it that far it’s just crazy to me

Great front desk (manager and Kierra and more from 4/22 PM front staff were so courteous.) And check out was seamless. The exquisite service from the staff outweighed other comfort preferences. Corporate Recommendations: 1) upgrade, enhance the internet service (even with paid premium the connection was poor.) ; 2) pillows were outdated and lost firmness; 3) TV had poor connection-probably due to internet; 4) pots and pans burnt food very easily (corporate should add a brillo pad in addition to the sponge) 5) fridge took very long to get cold; 6) sofabed pillows was also outdated; 7) add USB to outlets. Otherwise, the stay was good. Very close to supermarkets and a mall. Again, great customer service from staff.

It's a good place. The only downfall I have is that they dont clean your room. You have to be there for 8 days in order to get fresh linen. That's stupid especially with COVID 19 going on. My kids loved the pool. I didnt. The hot tub didnt work and they need to do a better job at cleaning it.

The manager don't have any skills, she don't respect personal opinions, she CALL the police to me cause I don't want to wear a mask, REALLY like im a delinquent really.she is the nasty person you can meet. If you going this hotel i hope she is no there she is gonna mess your vacation if you say any personal OPINION.

Our favorite hotel when visiting. Great staff, clean rooms and fast serviceif you need something. Sharon is the best front desk person ever.

The main entrance doesn’t have elevators! This is my first time seeing a hotel main entrance without elevators! This is very inconvenient and inconsiderate! For this
reason I won’t stay at a Residence Inn again!

I was very disappointed this is not a 4 star hotel. It has VERY UMcomfortable beds, I woke up to a back sprain the next morning. DO NOT Recommend

1st time staying here. Very impressed and will return again. Very clean place! The grounds around the hotel were very well kept. The lobby area was immaculate. The front desk personnel have been very friendly as well.

Stayed in the 1 bedroom queen suite. Beyond happy and satisfied with the accommodations. Shower is a good size (2 can share the shower and still have room). A/C works amazing! Fully stocked kitchenette (and if you need extras, you can purchase some items from the front desk).

Will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place

I didn't even know this hotel existed, I was looking for a hotel that could accommodate me for the night and it indeed fulfilled my expectations. I had the one bedroom suite and the room was spacious and very clean, offering a full size fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher. It truly does give a home like feel, I would most definitely recommend this hotel to someone.

Very clean. The courtyard area had a pool, basketball court, and a bbq grill. I would go back. Breakfast wasnt too shabby either.

Excellent stay! Centrally located. Across the road from Westfield Mall, near the bank, Gas station etc. Clean rooms with kitchenette well stocked. All amenities needed for a family or business trip. We loved it!

I had the worst experience ever the front desk clerk Krystal had a very nasty attitude when we ask for another room because the two bedroom suite they put us in had roaches in it then they tried to put us in two separate rooms that had spiders worst vacation ever I had dealing with them

Clean and quiet. Also evening get together with free food and free BEER! Staff was very helpful after I arrived
